I have had the most delicious fresh coriander rice ever. All the food is amazing. Great chef Sudanshu and his team is working very hard to impress you and me. I loved all the dishes
Came here to visit upon one of my indian friend’s recommendation. It turned out surprisingly good! It’s definitely better and cleaner with better service than most of the Indian restaurants that you can find in the cbd. Between the four of us, we ordered biryani, chicken masala, dosa, chicken 65 and dry goat. They all tasted so good that I couldn’t choose my fav! All of the dishes were so perfectly spiced and seasoned. Meat were so tender. Dosa was both soft and crispy. Portion wasn’t huge so it’s recommended to order various dishes and share among each other. I would have to say personally, the chicken 65 and dry goat were a little bit too spicy for my liking but I still enjoyed the dishes regardless can’t wait to come back and try out other dishes!
I ordered paneer shahi , butter chicken, naam ,momo’s and chow mein main’s was just tasteless momo’s as well but yes chow mein was something you can try here. I don’t recommend to order drinks here. Staff was friendly and good.
I have had biryani in Hyderabad before. Here at Chili India I must say that they serves a very good one. Portion is huge, the curry that came with it is spicy and creamy. The rice is really fluffy and light. Also had the murthabak too. Again portion is generous with huge chunks of chicken inside. Fantastic meal.
Located inside Melbourne central - easy access by tram and a very short walk from the station . The prices are good and the quantity is definitely good portions . As tourists looking for Indian dinner , this was a good place - Samosa was good , the masala dosa was nice - the veg kotu with egg was also terrific- the portions were huge , so ended up leaving just a wee bit at the end . Has good wash areas and plenty of seating as well .
Casual dining place at the edge of the Central mall. Veg Biryani was very tasty, Bhindi a tad oily. Both well spiced, but right at the limit. You might want to consider asking for a mild version if you're not into super spicy foods. Swift and friendly service - good to grab a quick bite. Prices average, perhaps a bit higher than you'd guess from the looks.
Absolutely loved the food here! It’s authentic and full of spices. Came here on a Sunday at 9pm for dinner. As they were closing and all tables were occupied, we decided to do a takeaway. We ordered 3 dishes - garlic naan, butter chicken and the briyani. The butter chicken was amazing and creamy comes with an abundance of gravy The briyani was a tad on the spicy side. Do take note if you tolerance level for spicy food is on the lower side. We paid approx $46. Will definitely revisit.
Amazing food and very friendly service. Excellent value for money. Cold night and hot masala chai… perfect
One of the best indian restaurant in here. I'd highly recommend you visit here once. I really got the authentic taste of indian cuisine here.
Restaurant located inside melbourne central. Food is influenced by Hyderabadi flavours, serving size is big and a reasonable ambience. It can be cold when seating inside so rug up as the sliding door stays open. They offer different type of roti breads influenced from south of India. Worth a try if at Melbourne central.
