Great location, fast and friendly service. Often there is a line outside but it moves super fast. Below scores are out of 10 Customer Service 9 Food Quality 9 Atmosphere 9 Presentation 8 Location 10 Parking: Lots of parking available but mostly paid parking Overall 9
Very busy lunch lucky to get a seat. Once seated menu explained and order taken service very slick and drinks arrived promptly. Korean beef buns very good and the Pad Thai chicken and prawn will try something different next time
As you would expect from Wagamama, they do what they do well, but there are better Japanese style restaurants if you explore. Food was good although the ramen was unnecessarily spicy and staff were friendly. Dining is casual and services was prompt and efficient.
Today ‘s food is really nice. I would’ve say it’s authentic Japanese food as they change the recipe to cater the people here. I particularly like their chicken katsu curry. I asked for extra source so it tastes better. The starter squid is Also deciduous. Overall, I would rate 5 out of 5 for my meal.
Visiting Wagamama never disappoints you! Great food, tasty, modern and innovative! The vegan me u is one if the best you can find in a non-fully vegan restaurant
Main katsu curry was lovely. As was the sake, which is presented beautifully. It was a very long wait before we managed to gain a waiter's attention to order dessert, even though there seemed to be many staff available. After ordering dessert, it was quickly brought to us, but the ice-cream was already melted. This was eventually spotted by a passing waitress who offered me a new one, but seeing as I had already eaten some and not enjoyed it, I declined the offer. I found the coconut ice-cream to be gritty and unpleasant. The mint tea is delicious and served beautifully.
Very good experience in this Wagamama, I have tried different starters and plates and all the food was really tasty. The place is very comfortable. I recommend to try grilled duck donburi.
Ordered through the Deliveroo app and had hair in my katsu curry, reported it to bothe business and they blamed the other and didn’t offer for my order to be remade or refused. Had to actually ask them the question of if they just expected me to pick the hair out of my food and just eat it!?… had no other response than I don’t know
When you order online there is no space to add a note. Fair enough. So I called up and asked if it's possible to put less noodles but more broth in the ramen, I was told 'no'. Shame, as other branches accomodate it. When I picked up the order, as expected the noodles soaked up all the broth, so it wasn't a ramen dish anymore but just regular noodles : ps. There is a reason why I order to take out and can't sit in the restaurant btw.
I had dinner here with my son and his partner one Monday evening and was surprised how busy it was. At first we were seated near the door, but it was rather chilly and luckily we were soon able to move. All three of us are vegetarian and we found plenty of choice for our main courses along with two sharing dishes. We didn't have to wait long to be served considering how busy the place was. The food was good with healthy ingredients. We decided to have dessert as we were celebrating a birthday and each of us ordered ice cream: chocolate and cherry, salted caramel, and dough balls. All were delicious, as was the blueberry juice we all chose to drink. Service was friendly, polite and efficient. You don't have to wait ages for your bill as you pay by scanning the code on your paper place mat. Recommended! Vegetarian options: Plenty of healthy vegetarian and vegan options in each section of the main menu.
