Used to be a great location for adventurous, fresh Thai but has sadly decreased greatly in food quality and service. A recent visit saw satay and fresh rice paper rolls sold out by 8pm Saturday. My entree was forgotten and by the time I managed to flag down a waiter, who were all doing their best to avoid eye contact, the rest of my group had finished theirs. Staff were busy but not personable at all. Disappointing.
One of our favourite Thai restaurants, staff very attentive sometimes a little too much with water and the food is tasty and fresh. Restauraunt is well maintained and clean, nice to be able to watch the kitchen staff cooking as well. Portion sizes are great!
The food Is very delicious!! One of the best Thai I've had in the area. Definitely recommend it. The dining setting is nice also for a table for two or a group booking
After we ate our entree, we waited for 30 minutes before our main meal was served. The bbq chicken was already cold and the rice was dry and hard to eat. We were not happy with the service. It seems like they prioritize the take aways more than the diners. My tummy ached because it is wintertime and the food was offered cold. We ended up eating macdonalds just to fill our cold tummies..
Eat in this restaurant since moving to Caringbah several months ago and my experiences have all been fantastic. A must if you are in the area especially the lamb shanks which has mash potato in the sauce, the beetles leaves and the chili pork belly. Absolutely fantastic!
Food is good, service is in need of improvement. I always have problems being understood when I ring to order a takeaway and had problems when we dined as a group on the set menu - not served quick enough or enough for the group. Was sorted in the end
Delicious noodles! Pro tip: grab the noodles take away, amazing value for the amount of food you get. One con if you are eating in, it gets very loud so not such a great place if you want to have conversation.
Have eaten here before and the food was wonderful, but is completely let down by lack of an online menu, and accurate business hours... Turned up for dinner on a Monday night to a closed restaurant whilst their business hours say open 5 to 10pm. Will Be eating elsewhere.
Our go-to take away thai ! Dishes always contain quality meat/poulty/fish. Not the plastic/water infused slop you get at others. Always consistent and delicious !
We live in Cronulla where there are many different Thai places to eat, but, Chilli Blossom in Caringbah is our favorite and by far the best. The meals are constantly good, the wait staff are really friendly, the decor is really nice and the price is right. Well done Chilli Blossom.
