Jason Dullard is the by far the best broker I have ever had the pleasure working with both professionally and personally, no question. From answering phone calls at 6am - 11pm everyday of the week, to constant follow up and quick response times he is a game changer for clients looking to get timely approvals with A1 lenders stress free. I recently purchased a property unconditionally with advice from a big four bank whom I have existing property with and two weeks prior to settlement they pulled the carpet from under me and said they would in no way shape or form give me a loan for this property even if I paid a 50% deposit. I contacted Jason and we had formal approval within 3 days from submitting the documents. As a Real Estate Agent I can safely say that I will only use and recommend Jason Dullard moving forward. Jason is an incredible broker, with amazing knowledge of the entire process and all round great to work with. As first home buyers we approached Jason in pretty dire straights and extremely stressed about the process due to our existing broker letting us down 3 weeks out from settlement. From day 1 Jason was very easy to speak too and calmed us down, explaining that he could get the job done and immediately got to work. Jason was able to give us foresight of the entire process, the documents we would need to gather, provided detailed advice on our options and best next steps, and i'm so pleased to say that Jason had the entire process wrapped up within 2 weeks not withstanding that this was the week after Christmas when most people where still on leave, we were able to completely relax the week before settlement and on the day of settlement everything went through without a hitch. We honestly don't know where we would be without Jasons superior knowledge of everything related to the property buying process. I'd give Jason 10 stars if I could and absolutely could not recommend his services for anyone in the market for a broker. We're looking forward to a long relationship with Jason representing us as our mortgage broker.
