Went there in dreadful pain with muscle spasms in my shoulder blade and was told, 'spasms don't show on x-rays or scans so I don't know what to do for you'. I complained and he said he would send me for an x-ray. No pain relief or help of any kind. Google have me more help!

DO NOT GO HERE it is the worst doctor’s surgery I have ever been to. The doctors are rude and are only interested in getting paid from Medicare. They don’t listen to you and want you in and out as fast as possible. I have seen 4 different doctors in the 6 months I was a patient there because they either don’t show up, they leave or they get different fill in doctors that stay a week. I got fed up and as soon as I could get into another doctors surgery around the corner I left. They are ALL the worst doctors I have ever been to. They need to be shut down or get a new managing Doctor who can run it with caring and competent staff.

Rude, unhelpful,  worse doctor I have ever had to visit. Just in 28/08/22, very good news....  Mondia Medical Services Pty Ltd trading as Childers Doctors Surgery, 3 Ashby Lane Childers, Qld, 4660, will cease to operate on the 2nd September, 2022. he will return the practice excluding the trading name, including all patient records, to Queensland Health on his departure.

They are forever getting my appointments mixed up. Turned up for several of my appointments and they said they had to reschedule, but failed to inform me. Turned up for one appointment on a Saturday to find the whole place locked up and no one there! Really incompetent staff. Dr Mondia never listens. Just talks over the top of me. It's hard to get in anywhere else. Would leave yesterday if I could....

I was yelled at by a doctor at this practice and told by the same doctor that he is not a clerk when I was sent to childers doctor surgery by Centrelink for a medical certificate. I have stopped going to this doctor surgery and I would not recommend them to anybody.

Do not go to this practice. Inefficient receptionists muck bookings up and totally unhelpful. I know there is a doctor shortage in Childers, however I would try getting in to the other medical centres before going to this one

Have found the doctors very helpful being a veteran I need a solid doctor who will listen to me I see Dr. Havey and find him very good

The reception staff are quite rude and grumpy. But I really like my dr, Dr Mondia. He’s great and very caring!
