Soggy oily chips and lukewarm chicken. We ended up throwing out dinner tonight, it was awful. I have bought food from here for years - not again!
Chicken is fresh and succulent. The salads are delicious. A classic fave.
I don’t eat much meat but was craving a fried chicken burger, so wanted to make sure it was free range. Had the BFF and it was absolutely delicious - the fillet was clearly good quality and still juicy inside the batter, and the burger itself was simple with not too many ingredients shoved in there like many burger places do these days. Will definitely be back next time the craving hits!
I really want to like this place, but after three "wrong" orders and missed items in the space of 2 months, I simply cannot recommend. Paid for a burger with pineapple, no pineapple. Paid for bacon, no bacon. Paid for a gravy, no gravy. Unfortunately, I would be insane if I kept coming here.
BFF is the best burger I've ever had.
Absolutely disgusting. The chicken in the wrap nearly made me vomit. Chicken seems really low quality, no taste in anything, even the gravy was gross. Not sure how they are still in business or if they taste their food. $60 went down the drain and had to order another dinner from somewhere else, since this one ended up in the bin. Never again

I liked your delicious chicken meal. It was fine and the outside was golden and looked so good but in my order the inside of some of the chicken pieces were not cooked and I was a little disappointed because of that but it was just some of the pieces. The chips cooked really well and I loved it but some of the parts had a lot of salt but the others didn’t have salt which it wasn’t good. The chicken burger that I ordered was the best and delicious chicken burger that I ordered. The sauce was so yummy and the chicken cooked well. The one thing that I loved in this store was the chicken burger and also it wasn’t that much oily as the other fast food. Overall it was good. I wrote this review because I just wanted you to know that make sure that you cook the chicken really well which the inside cook as well. For the chips maybe mix them better which the salt go on all of the chicken. I would like to order the chicken burger again because it sound really delicious to me. I also would like to try the other foods in this shop because I think this shop has delicious and nice flavoured foods. As I mentioned, just make sure about what I’ve said earlier. Would recommend and will order from here again.
Chicken so tasty to the bone and yet so tender. Serve either with rice or chips. Not a lot chicken place has that option. Salad was fresh really goes with the chicken. Serving was fast. It was busy and we only wait for 15 min.
