Chicco Palms

What a gorgeous find this stylish resturant was. We travel up from Aldinga Beach for daughters birthday as she was aware of the designer who did the decor at this restaurant, & is a fan of their work. And we were not let down in the retro style of the place but also blown away by the friendly, professional service by all staff & the FOOD..... Chi Bella! Every thing was tick, tick, tick. There were 7 of us and none could fault the place. One of the best meal experiences we have had in a long time! And we like to dine out often as a group. Early bookings are family oriented & lively. We booked for 7.45pm & it was perfect timing. Great wine/ cocktails, and all well priced. Thanks for the refreshing experience to all at Chicco Palms.

Wow, just wow!! So we went to dinner tonight here, wanted schnitzel but new they do pizza here and thought well they should have schnitzels too, this is Adelaide... I was wrong and started to get disappointed as I read thru the extensive menu and all I saw pizza, pasta, drinks and more drinks lol... We decided to get an entree, chicken cotoletti, which was basically nice seasoned little schnitzels, reminded us of how my mum used to make the chicken schnitzels Went for a pasta to share, cicatelli with pork sausage and chilli, was sooo good, and two pizzas, a garlic bianca and a capricciosa... The food was soooooo good, was really surprised and wondered why we had not been here yet, especially as it's fairly local too lol Tried a few mocktails, really refreshing and definitely would get them again!! 4 stars overall... Food... Lots of options. Service... Quick to start till they take your order, food came fairly quick, but drinks didn't, they forgot but rectified it and gave them to us half price, were apologetic and sincere. Atmosphere, too cold, aircon was like a blizzard, very loud, acoustics just like a crowded subway or something with people talking, hard to hear waiters and hard to have conversations, made us feel to eat quick and go.

I was really looking forward to try the food in this place but I was a bit disappointed. I've ordered the potato crocchette and they were good but hot outside and cold inside. The pizza flavour was average but nothing special and the pizza dough was not crunchy at all but a bit soggy. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Food and service was a 10/10 Louise did not hesitate to find us a table on arrival as we had not booked one in advance. The staff were so friendly and delightful. Chicco Palms certainly know how to hire, operate and make deliciously yummy food! Drove up from Melbourne over the long w.e and already craving to come back!!

Beautiful place with a nice vibe. Lovely staff. The food’s really nice. Loved the Margherita pizza. I tried the Pink Freeze mocktail which was amazing must try.Recommended dishesMargherita Pizza

Excellent food, provided great service whether a small gathering or large Chicco’s will cater for all.

Vibrant atmosphere and tasty food. Pizza could be kept in the wood oven for slightly longer. If you don’t enjoy being in a loud environment, this is probably not suited for you. Overall, a good place to dine. However, I booked and was not told we were seated outside. And unfortunately the wait staff neglected our table service for a portion of the night.

Food was great however service was poor. Had a late booking so got there a bit early just in case there was an empty table, there were empty tables but were still made to wait. Long story short got our table all good and gave our order first and second plates. Other people arrived and were seated after us and meals were brought to them while we waited. Our entree's come out all good, got barely started and then they bring the seconds out on top of that and say sorry but our kitchen is closing so food all over the table and made to rush. Poor service which would of made an enjoyable meal and evening not that enjoyable.

Wow, Tuesday night for a pizza and the place is jumping. Definitely pay to book I grabbed a couple of take away pizzas and ordered in to go, quick service and friendly as you could get. Food was amazing and can't wait to eat in and enjoy the whole experience. Prices are well on point. I'll be booking in soon to enjoy.
