My new favourite place to get a massage. Usually massages just aggravate my back and neck but Lucy worked so knowledgeably to get every knot out. I came in Day 2 after some heavy lifting in the garden for my quads but ended up getting my back done as well. Sooooo good. Best hour I’ve spent so far today!
I have never written a bad review for anything in my life but this one was so bad and a waste of money, I had to write one. Worst massage I’ve ever had, and it costed $95! The massage therapists were really lazy, slow and had very little experience. The first massage therapist pinched my neck doing the same motion for 5-10 minutes straight, and then only slightly moved position doing the same thing again for another 5-10 minutes. What a waste of time doing this simple neck pinching for a long period of time, which didn’t even feel good, when I could easily do it myself. Really lazy work and I felt cheated of my money. I asked and the first massage therapist had only massaged for half a year. I requested for another message therapist and she only had a year of experience. There was no technique whatsoever. She only dug an elbow in areas of my back and did the same motion for ages. Two hands were barely used at the same time. They were either really tired as we were the last customers of the day or lazy. There was no relaxing aspect to this massage whatsoever because the whole time I was waiting for them to get to the actual message. I’ve been to other Chi Link branches before and have been to many different massage places in the city like Urban Thai. I have never experienced such lazy massage work. For some reason, they didn’t massage my entire body. They barely touched my legs and didn’t do my arms or hands or feet at all. After a second failed attempt, I said I didn’t want to have the massage anymore and to finish early. They gave me the acupuncturist instead. He was better but I only had him for about 5-10 minutes before the time was up. I’m pretty angry that I spent $95 on this to be honest.
The other day I was stressed and my body had various aches & pains. I went to Chi Massage at Indooroopilly and had a one hour massage followed by half an hour of acupuncture. Wow, I walked out of their feeling 10 years younger and will definately go there again. This is the best massage shop I have ever been to. Staff and service excellent. Well, I did it again, went back to Chi as I was having problems with my right shoulder. Restricted movement and painful. After a 30 minute massage and 1 hour of acupuncture, I was good to go. Fixed minor pain in my lower back as well. What can I say? They are the best!!
They have magical hands and professional treatments. You come in with pain, but leave with a new body. Highly recommend the acupuncture and the remedial massage. They have very experienced acupuncturist Dr Lee there, he can relieve all your pains and other problems too.
Lee's acupuncture is amazing! I was suffering from mommy wrist for 3 days and it was too pain to drive or type. My obstetrician said this is normal but annoying. I tried to do exercise and use heater pad but I still feel pain. After getting acupuncture from Lee, my wrist becomes much more flexiable and I can drive to work now! I will recommend to all my friends about magic acupencture.
Came to Chi Link with severe allergy symptoms. 8 weeks with Dr Lee's expert Acupuncture and I am feeling like a new woman. So relaxing, with beautiful music. Lovely friendly staff. Highly recommend.
Lisa is my favorite masseuse - her technique is the best out of all the employees thanks to the wonderful boss. I'm 56 and I feel like im 19 again!
Chi Link massage is is good in providing reflexology massage but with trained people ONLY. Acupuncture therapy is pretty good with Lee as well as his massage technique. It a shame that a few people in the shop are trained as that affect the quality of the massage.
Ken is the best! After my last massage I felt the best I had for a long time, would highly recommend Ken @ Chi Link Indooroopilly.
Expert remedial massage that has helped with back pain and muscle tightness. Friendly staff and a relaxed setting. Would recommend to anyone needing a massage.
