After reading other people's reviews here it seems my experience has similarities. It was like walking into a morgue at reception. Everyone appeared jaded and not particularly cordial. My height was measured with shoes and a beanie on and I'm sure the weight scales aren't calibrated either. The actual 'medical assessment' performed by 'Dr' Venugopal was unprofessional and cursory to say the least. Took just under 5 minutes! Not sure why I had to strip down to my Reg Grundys either? Everything was rushed and had a production line tone. I'm glad it didn't cost me anything, just my time.
Worst medical ever done. The young asian nurse with little tattoo behind her ear is one of the rudest people ive ever met. She should not be in this industry. Medical took over 3 hours every time i went from one section to another they made me go back into waiting room and wait for the next person. Absolute joke. Such an uncomfortable experiance. Other reviews seem to agree. I suggest use have a major employee shake up
Unfortunately due to staff errors, my checkin wasn't forwarded to the correct area so wasted my time. Upon rebooking, I attended and my phone service dropped out, I asked if there was wifi to access my documents and was told no wifi here, Another appointment wasted.
Dr Rejesh Venugopal, where do I even start. What's the point of even studying to be a medical professional if you are just going to be completely incompetent and see patients in less than 5 minutes then say and write completely contradictory statements. People who waste their time to be study to be professionals in a field, then show a complete lack of any skills in that area should just go work standard blue collar jobs. It's a complete waste of peoples time and money to do what you are doing. I hope you feel convicted and judged for what you are doing and use the conviction to be a better person, otherwise get out, retire and let people who want to do real work and help people take your spot.
Absolutely appalled by the service here, DR Venugopal should not be practicing at all, saying he knows more then my cardiologist and that my GPs know nothing, saying I was a diabetic when I'm clearly not, didn't know what my medication does but yet said all the lies about driving and restrictions when there has never been any in place, didn't do anything apart from take my blood pressure, biggest money grab ever this company!
