Dr. Yan and the entire team are fabulous - highly recommended. Very professional, empathetic and reasonable.
Dr. Yan is very good & friendly. Clinic is well maintained and clean. Easy street parking. Hopefully they come up with more clinics.
Don’t bother going there, the receptionist was so rude. I’ve been going to this dentist for a year, the previous receptionist was so kind and the dentist always been nice. Due to covid I haven’t been there so I’ve called up today to check if the crown that I’ve ordered before the covid still there. And the receptionist was saying she doesn’t understand what I was saying and if I want book appointment or not. Give me solutions and check if I can place the crown on my tooth then I can book for appointment, why should I book for appointment if the crown is not there! You don’t have to be that rude to a patient. No one wants to go there if the receptionist would be rude like that! I definitely won’t be going back, your losing more costumer keeping someone like that!
Conveniently located in Wolli Creek, just a short stroll from the train station. Good service, always receive the reminder txt the day before the appointment. 5 stars goes to Dr Jason Chuang, he is extremely patient with my two young boys, made the whole experience fun rather than scary to them. Highly recommended for family, specially with small kids. Thank you Kindly.
I was recommended Chew Dental Care by a friend, and I am so glad I went. I cannot recommend Chew highly enough. Dr Ki Shiu is hilarious and super comforting! I usually dread the dentist, but the whole experience was pain-free and I am SO happy to finally have an amazing and affordable dentist.
Can't fault the service here. The Dr's are polite, friendly and do a good job! Only bad thing is that seeing a dentist burns a hole in ones pocket. I had to get 3 root canal sessions done which was $500 per visit :
My friend come and wanted to do the teeth cleaning. They said it will cost $180, however, after my friend went into the room, they said they won’t do it without doing the X-ray, my fiend wanted to leave, they kept asking for the so-called $60 consultant fee, that’s insane. Don’t go to this place, totally bad.
The recipient and the practice owner are very rude and unprofessional.I was not able to show up because of an emergency so they have backlisted me from getting their services.They simply don't care about the Code of conduct AHPRA.

Great staff and friendly. Dr Ki and Dr Ken are very friendly and willing to spend the time to explain things. Very happy with the service!
