It’s such a delight coming here, I parked near the outdoor restaurants for the first time because I was going to the child care centre What a delightful place! It’s like going to a resort, the tropical plants, the water, the outdoor furnitures chairs and benches. I could sit here for hours. There’s many restaurants that is worth trying Little Singapore, Bavarian, Landmark Chinese Restaurant, El Camino,and more. My fave French bakery is here too Le Bon Choix. It’s even spectacular at night, the lights are tastefully position for dramatic effect.
Our first time here & we were impressed. Mind you , you could be in any shopping centre in most countries. A huge range of quality shops & a fantastic range of whatever takes your fancy. We needed “ things” & found everything we needed here. a shoppers paradise. Parking was easy, the new section seems to go on forever. Wear your walking shoes! A stack of places to eat. Whatever you feel like is here. The only thing you need is a credit card or a wallet of cash. Enjoy!!
Okay so what's wrong with Chermside first. You have to pay for parking if you're there over three hours. It's expensive to do so. It gets ridiculously and frustratingly busy during holidays. It is slowly becoming mostly clothing stores.nWhy it's still good to go. If you can go during a non-holiday weekend it can be quite pleasant. There are great food places all over.nThere are a few nice speciality stores worth visiting. The upstairs play area is a nice place to relax with a book or a device.nBasically, pick your time and research on their websites for what shops are available. Make your visit about good food and a little shopping and it can be good. Beware the rush times though. It'll make you miserable.
OUTSTANDING SERVICE from Scentre Group Security!! Received a notification regarding a family emergency, called the centre and the security team answered very quickly. They were empathetic, professional and efficient. They located my family member within 15 mins of me calling. They kept in contact the whole time. I am just so ever grateful!!
