I went to this dentist as we moved to Brisbane, leaving behind a wonderful dental clinic on the Sunshine Coast.  I am a nervous patient and asked Michael if I could break every now and then, to which he replied that he would give me plenty of breaks.  After 20 minutes of the most painful dental clean I have ever experienced, I gestured for a break which he refused.  When I was able to get up, I took my things and left crying.  It is really sad as I had seen the dentist Chris the week before who couldn't have been kinder and more gentle.  It felt like Michael was actually angry at me for being a smoker (even though I explained I was in the process of giving up) and thought it was his job to make me suffer.  I hope he was just having a bad day, as I would hate to think that this is his usual way of treating people.

Highly professional staff. Wonderful experience for the whole family. Dr Rebecca McDermott had to remove and re-do one of my fillings that had been done by a different dental clinic. She did a fantastic job, and the tooth that had been bothering me for years, is now completely pain free. My Mum and Dad now also go to Chermside Family Dental after many years trying to find a dentist who was friendly, professional and able to ease their concerns over major dental work. Would recommend to anyone searching for a great new dentist.

A family member visited this dental practice for the first - and last - time.  New to the area, she had sadly left behind a wonderful family dentist, and being a nervous patient hoped to be treated kindly at this practice.  No she was not, she walked away upset at the lack of care and concern.  Perhaps the dentist was having a bad day, well congratulations you made her day bad as well.

Went on a Sunday due to toothache, Fred the dentist was excellent, after explaining my options, he removed the troublesome tooth. It was almost painless and he did a great job. I've found my new dentist😄
