Great place to take the kids on a hot day! Heaps of shade and seating areas throughout the grass. Abit of a shame about the customer service attitude from the bigger girls in the Takeaway. Doesn’t take much to be polite and respectful towards customers. Especially when they are spending even more money within the vicinity. Maybe a new customer service team would suffice
Not the best, not the worst. I wouldn't rush back but if someone invited us we'd go. It was busy, but it was school holiday but on a Wednesday. The cafeteria was out of most of their stuff and wait was long. Kids had a ok time.
Had so much fun here, would recommend going. Was so clean and the water was so lovely. There are different slides you can go on or you can choose to just have a swim. There are also a few little other things for little kids to do as well. Plenty of seating and shaded area or if you would prefer a blanket on the grass there is also plenty of grass areas.
A great place to take the kids. The older kids had fun on the slides while the younger two were happy to play in the little kids area for hours. The facilities are well maintained. The only down side of our visit was the canteen. We ordered our lunch and were told a 10, 15 minute wait. One hour later we got our food. Utterly ridiculous. A school was attending so they were making all the food for those kids and apparently other paying customers just had to wait yet were not told this upon ordering. Lots of unhappy customers around. One would think they would have been more prepared for this. Especially on a very hot busy day where lots of people were about.
Love the water temperature and the pool facilities! However, I’m unsure why the showers don’t have curtains or doors — it feels like an ancient hammam. It would be great to consider adding some privacy options, especially for people who prefer it or for kids who might feel uncomfortable.
