I gave my car to Carglass for touching of the bumper of my car which they told me that it will be ready in 2 days. The final day was Friday but car was not ready however, I have asked them if I can pick up as such because I had to drive abroad. They agreed to give the car and told me that I can pass by anytime to complete the remaining work polish of the affected area however, I told the guy that I will come on Tuesday but could not make it. I visited on Thursday - they completed the job but did not clean the car as they would do normally after completing the job. When asked more than once, the guy told me that technicians are very busy so it is not possible to clean the car. So, 1. They did not keep up the deadline of delivering the car within the agreed time frame and also 2. Did not complete the job which, to my understanding also included cleaning after the repair.
