This afternoon I went to go pick up my medications at the chemist where I always go. The staffs are very friendly and approachable. However today I got server by an African student in purple, gave my medication in a locked up bag. Clearly there is some preconceived perspective coming from him. I presented the bag to the front counter and the staff there was very confused to why it was locked up in a bag. I am very upset that this has occured as I was the only one with the new locked bag. It made me feel inhuman, belittled and unwanted when I'm a valued customer like everybody else. Furthermore, More cultural awareness needs to be implemented in their training.
I go here to pick up a script that I order remotely via my phone and wait an average of 15-20 mins each time I come in to pick it up. Why can the pharmacy not have a separate register/aisle for pick up scripts that are ready? It would improve the chemist a lot.
The manage Sue pharmacist has a threating domineer. Very rude and threatening gave me an option to take my scripts of records. All because I was stating facts. I won't be going to this chemist as they are their own little cult. Be careful community. don't trust them be aware.
Non existent floor staff, felt like everything I look for was missing its price tag as well special tickets being non-existent - guessing how much you'll pay here is harder than winning the lotto in this store. One of the worst chemists I've been to.
I've been a customer here multiple times, but unfortunately my recent experience will be my last. I was quoted a 20-minute wait for a prescription and ended up waiting 45 minutes. This wasn't an isolated incident — across my last three visits, the average wait has been around 35 minutes, so the estimates given at drop-off are consistently inaccurate.nnWhen I calmly and politely raised this concern, the pharmacist responded in a loud, dismissive, and condescending manner, which was both unprofessional and unnecessary. Customers deserve accurate wait times and respectful service. I won't be returning.
