Shelves are empty with lots of testers are a mess, it’s the closest one to my house so I go there if I need something quickly. I would recommend looking inside the box as I’ve just paid for this and opened it to find its a return/damaged item. Not really worth going back for but so annoying. Staff are great otherwise.
I was told I had a 20 minute wait for script that was ok but 48 mins later and still people before I walked in still hadn’t got there’s yet. But the girls in the dispensary were having a great time chatting and having the best time. One girl started walking out with medicine but decided to go back and finish her conversation with the girl in the dispensary. While waiting an elderly man asked a worker in the aisle where the Dencorub and she turned around to my shock and said I don’t know I just unpack the boxes so bloody rude. Then when I had to leave as I had an appointment and was also about to tell the staff to do their job. I work in pharmacy unfortunately I went to the one nearest me. Should have videod the whole thing and used it for training purposes. This is how not to treat customers. On the way out I asked a staff member what time they close she said 9 I think but it could be umm it could be 8 even. Went back to pick script up and got to collect scripts part there was no one at drop off so thought it’s actually happening but then she walked straight past me and served people that just arrived and then another. Never seen customer service so bad. If you all stand around reading this tomorrow calling me rude. Just calling it how it was. Your welcome abd don’t worry I’ll never be back !!!!
I went into the store with a faulty product and receipt to be told I only had 7 days to return it, the female staff member with dark hair and glasses at the register was so rude. Also was told they don't match their own prices from 6 weeks ago when they used to do that. Very disappointing Chemist Warehouse!
The staff were very lovely and very accomodating to any concerns I had with my medications. They also helped fill the prescriptions in for my brother in a timely manner.
Never have I been so appalled by the way I was treated as a paying customer by one of your staff members. She beyond was rude.
