Have used Chemist Warehouse on numerous times, this was the first time at this GABBA store.nnLike all Chemist Warehouse the range of stock is wide, with so much on offer.nnThe staff I found were great with assistance. Friendly and of course professional when asking for a certain product.nnParking can be a sore point, depending the time of the day. Other than that, my experience was pretty good. Happy to leave five
Poor service customer! I gave a suggestion that they should communicate better next time cause one month ago they told me a different thing about my medicine and the girl in charge of the prescription section literally said: I don’t need your advice is your drs fault! And laughed!
After having 2 teeth extracted I've come into CW for antibiotics and analgesia. 20 minutes later the pharmacist advised they are are out of the analgesia. I expressed that would have been a nice to know piece of info prior to waiting for 20 minutes.nShe did apologise and seemed grnuinely empathetic, however stated that there's no way to notify patients at the point of taking the prescription that the medication is out of stock, as if it is not possible to communicate to the handful of dispensary techs working on shift that the pharmacy is out of a very regular medication.nWhich makes me wander either the pharmacist believes the dispense techs are incapable of giving such routine advice, or the pharmacist is just lazy and not motivated towards delivering patient satisfaction.
If you don't have time to wait don't go here, you're warned! Your patience is going to be tested. This is the last time I'm getting a prescription filled here.
This place is definitely not my favorite Chemist Warehouse. The staff seem overworked and aren’t as helpful as in other locations. I’m used to asking about a product and having someone guide me to it while offering advice—that level of customer service is what I love about this brand.nnA quick note to management: Investing more time in hiring and training is crucial because customer service can truly make or break a business. When staff understand and care about the brand, it shows—and that’s what keeps customers coming back.nnUnfortunately, this store just doesn’t have the same feel as other Chemist Warehouses. The staff don’t seem like they want to be there, which makes me think they might be understaffed or overworked. It’s a bit disappointing to see the usual brand experience missing.nnThat being said, they do have plenty of options, so it’s good for variety. Just make sure to do your own research before going in so you know exactly what you need!
