Non existent floor staff, felt like everything I look for was missing its price tag as well special tickets being non-existent - guessing how much you'll pay here is harder than winning the lotto in this store. One of the worst chemists I've been to.
Worst service. I shopped online for Perfume. Their site said they had in stock. $89.90.nI got there not my local store and the assistant couldn’t find it even though the computer showed 6. It was a package with 100ml perfume and 2 tubes of skin care.nI asked for the manager Kelly. She said sorry cannot help. I said look you have the 100 ml perfume with no skin care tubes happy just to take that. $89.90. She absolutely wasn’t interested. $109. I asked her to ring head office as I said it was click bait and very close to false advertising. Not interested. I stayed in the store and rang CW HQ. I got a lady called Rose. She found me the 100 ml bottle at my local CW and said she would do $89.90. So Chemist Wharehouse lift your game. Woollangabba showed 6 items on their computer but said no stock.nKelly needs to do more stock takesnFind some manners and treat customers accordingly. Thankyou Rose at HQ but that was an hour I wasted.
Today 7:45 pm, 26/11/2025nThe lady from cash counter with lots of piercings with tattoos, she is not nice.nShe said “don’t take too long, I am busy at counter, I didn’t mean to it but you know” when I am asking for perfumes to take out from the show cage that we already chosen. I am not asking for tester, I am not asking for choosing and I am not asking for her advices. We know what we need to buy. Just want to buy 3 perfumes that what we need.nDear lady, if you are reading this review what you need to know is “everyone is busy, everyone is coming to chemist not for fun, everyone has their own purpose to buy something from chemist” what you need to do is what you need to do, what your job is what your job. Please be nice and be good enough, and also outside as well.nNo thanks.
I visited at 2:49 PM today is December 4 and was very disappointed with the service. The staff member with blonde hair Elise – 88931 seemed unwilling to assist and was quite rude throughout the interaction. Her attitude made the experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming.nnI hope the management can look into this issue, as this level of service is not what I expected.
Very busy place, often have to wait a while for scripts, but staff very helpful. Has good specials, otherwise not an appealing place to shop. Has it's own parking lot outside which is needed as main road location limits street parking.
