I have been a customer for more than 4 years. Rejected a refill of diabetes medicine metformin, just because I was late by a few days for a refill. I spent the whole weekend without the essential medicine not knowing what to do and hoping to avoid emergency visit, until GP gives another prescription next Monday. My request for 2 tablets for the weekend was rejected. It was just Metformin, not some abusive substance. Very traumatic experience, never going to return to this chain of shops. I would rather invest in a relationship with a local pharmacist instead of heartless chain shops.
Efficient staff on registers. No staff ‘on the floor’ to be found. Well stocked with many pharmacy and non-pharmacy lines.

I called ahead to confirm whether my prescription medication was available. I live 40 minutes away and wanted to confirm before making the journey, and I was told it was in stock and then drove there immediately. Upon arriving, I was told there would be over a 30 minute wait for my medication to be dispensed. I would not recommend coming here unless you want to experience significant waits, as well as rude and inefficient staff.
