I had the most amazing experience shopping at this Chemist Warehouse. The staff were all nice and accommodating. The person who served me was Kacey I believe … and omg her knowledge of beauty and fragrance was astounding! I was asking heaps of questions and for her suggestions and she remained kind and patient the whole time. I would go back just for her
This chemist does not understand customer needs. I provided my healthcare card for concession on medication, but they still charged me full price. When I questioned it, instead of fixing the issue, they tried to blame me and say I hadn’t provided the relevant card. Be very careful – this place is a rip-off. They overcharge and then try to turn it back on the customer. Dishonest and unprofessional.
It’s not the shops fault but dry shampoo is the same thing as perfume but goes on your hair and YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO SMELL IT / TEST IT ! For future please have testers available as buying a product that is ment to smell good obviously should have testers there not cheap either so makes sense to test before you buy
As a tourist, I failed to realise the shorter hours for public holiday! I was still searching for my items when the 5 mins till closing announcement came on… the store staff a young gentleman was super helpful in assisting me, very patient and pleasant! Definitely a GREAT chemist outlet with staff like him : the cashier a young lady was also super nice. Keep up the great work youngsters! And I’m sorry for holding you back… thank you once again!
Always great service, helpful staff and well stocked. On site parking can be a pain as many no-customers park there when they shouldn't.
