As a tourist, I failed to realise the shorter hours for public holiday! I was still searching for my items when the 5 mins till closing announcement came on… the store staff a young gentleman was super helpful in assisting me, very patient and pleasant! Definitely a GREAT chemist outlet with staff like him : the cashier a young lady was also super nice. Keep up the great work youngsters! And I’m sorry for holding you back… thank you once again!
The experience was extremely frustrating due to unhelpful staff, incorrect service, etc.To make matters worse, the manager I interacted with was not only unhelpful but also came across as arrogant and dismissive, which further worsened the situation. As a loyal customer, I expect a certain level of professionalism and courtesy, and unfortunately, this experience fell far below those expectations.

I've been told by a young man at the store if I give my contact details to do the survey for Munjaro then I can get free needles. At the next time the staffs force me to buy 100 needle in a box which I don't need.nNo wonder the store always quiet!nI'll back to my regular store as Pacific Werribee.nThe store does not deserve my support.nThe store customers service getting worse each time I was there.
** Click & Collect Service-Online Purchase **nHad an unpleasant experience with anmiddle aged lady working @ the front checkout who asked for the last 4 digits of my credit card debit that I used to order my Swisse Vitamin Pills online right after she had asked for my ID,nas I showed her my Drivers Permit Licence,nwhich apparently wasn't enough?nnBro! Why ask for all that specific personal bank card information after I showed her my legit ID yet she requested my bank card # details, because of security reasons? SMHnMate! I had already paid for it online FFS
