I’ve never felt so disrespected in a shop before. The staff at this chemist were not only rude but actively hostile to paying customers. While browsing and taking a moment to choose a fragrance, one staff member raised their voice at us as if we were an inconvenience rather than customers. Completely unprofessional, dismissive, and unacceptable behavior. No one deserves to be treated like this—especially not while spending their hard-earned money. Avoid this place at all costs.

0 stars, had a staff member disrespectfully raise her voice at me whilst i was attempting to choose a fragrance. was not happy with this experience would NEVER go back, avoid this place at all costs.

Can be really busy, hard to get a park and long waits for scripts.. This often makes Gateway outlet a quicker and cheaper option with free parking. Turns out Monday mornings are a great time to be in town and was in and out in a flash

Peter is super friendly and very efficient with my scripts , the store has a huge variety of everything you need

Good prices, helpful staff.. My wife enjoys her little conversations with Laura at the checkout
