Fantastic range of products & friendly staff, sometimes a long wait for dispensed medication during peak hour (which is to be expected).

Took 45 minutes for them to fill my prescription, which was 1 item. This was despite them having 2 Pharmacists on duty and 3 assistants helping out. It looked like the Pharmacists, who were constantly behind their desk, were filling out a pile of orders that were for customers not present in the store along with the scripts had customers present and waiting. From my observation, there was about 5 absent scripts for every 1 present script processed by them. They had a shelf packed with absent orders. Along with this, the sale assistants were more interested in wondering around the back of the counter and chatting to each other than serving the customers or asking if they needed help. One particular assistant, "Chris", who took my script, performed the bare minimum of interaction with me, asking the standard questions in a monotonous voice and showed zero interest in his job. When serving other customers he showed a similar lack of interest in their needs, with one customer needing advice and him not particularly interested in providing it. I'm guessing he's there in a Saturday afternoon for the money and not doing the job. All said, the staff at the cash registers were very nice and service was fast. This store needs to learn how to prioritise the customers in the store over their absent orders in order to stop annoying customers by wasting a big chunk of their day waiting. I will never be going back to this particular Chemist Warehouse for the above reasons. This store is not typical of Chemist Warehouse as the 2 stores in Windsor QLD which I usually go to have always been fast, friendly and helpful whenever I go to them.

As other customers have noted - filling scripts here involves a PAINFULLY long wait. Have often seen other customers that arrived way after I did, leave with their scripts, while I am still there a good 20 minutes later. They were not pre-ordered, I saw them hand their script over the counter - the same as I did. I try to avoid going to that particular branch if I can, for that reason. Who has over 30-40 mins to sit around waiting? Not organised properly, & yes - a number of the staff behind the script counter could do with an attitude adjustment.
