Unreasonably declining exchange or refund for products that were obviously been opened. Useless return policy as they don’t adhere to Australian Consumer Laws. Talk to you via ACCC Consumer and competition & consumer association then
The lady at the front door was extremely rude. I needed my prescription medication and refused me to enter because the store would be closing shortly, however still was open until 5:30pm. Prescription medication is important and I am disappointed that I couldn’t speak to the pharmacist within open hours to get what is essential.
Rude is understatement. Probably lack of understanding local culture of respect. Got told off for asking for assistance both times. After several minutes, went to counter for payment and the man was there serving NOT still happy and scolded me with a stern face. Never experienced in my entire life. Firstly, I laughed and then was really confused : At least I could complain it to the duty manager.
The staff at this store are rude. Everyone understands you are busy, but a simple acknowledgment of the customers waiting at the scripts counter would go a long way. Rather than just ignoring them for 10mins.
Worst customer service ever. Very rude attitude. They refused to refund products that were opened by other customers and judged me for being the one who opened the package and asked for a refund. They requested me to stay in store and checked the cctv just to prove I’m saying the truth. They are the best at making the customer feel like a criminal. By the way, it’s just a $30 product.
Store won't accept return when one of the products had red stains on its inner seal admittedly I shouldn't have cleaned most of it. I had no receipt but can easily proof my purchase from bank transaction. Saying that "it's ok since it hasn't been opened" has gotta be one of the worst responses I've ever heard.
Great service, I went there for the first time in more than a year, and it felt like I've been living in the store. That's how simple the shop is to navigate.
Come here regularly to stock up on supplements and multivitamins as it's across the road from my gym. The new security guard who looks like he has just escaped from jail himself with his silver grill teeth decided to flex his authority and rudely search my bag after watching me enter, grab 2 items and walk straight to the counter and pay. He then explained to me how it's his job to search peoples bags, to which I asked why the couple before me hadn't had theirs searched? Anyway I'll shop somewhere else cause this was a first for me and very embarrassing. What happened to the security guard with the pony tail that has been here for at least the 2 years I've been coming here. He was an absolute gentleman. Where's he working? I'll go shop there.
Hi! I wanna to complain the security girl worked at Chemist's East Victoria Park in Perth. The Chemist warehouse was closed at 17:30 pm on 29/10/2022. The time haven't finished yet and the lady security came to me for 2 time and said the rude attitude "Get Out", "Go" "Go". The first time was 17:20; the second time was 17:25. Also the store didn't have any the notice in system that they will closed at 17:30 for all people to know. I had so many stuff to carry and the security girl didn't help me to carry as well as show attitude for quickly and hurry up with rude words that I totally unaccepted. When I came to the counter, there also have long queue for waiting. I totally go move slowly to counter with too much stuff insteed. I pay for the bill with above $550 and receive the bad service like this. This is extremely disappointed about their staff. I totally came to another store to receive the best service that worth my money to spend.
If you’re going for scripts, Make sure you have nothing else planned for the day and remember to bring your own lunch with you along with a couple of books to read
