Been here a quite a few times as it’s on my way home from university and it’s cheaper than my local chemist. Never had a bad experience, the staff are always quick to offer assistance and happy to help whenever asked. Recently, I was looking for a nasal spray to help clear my nose before bed and I wasn’t really sure between all the options but this younger guy with curls behind the counter helped me pick one and told all I needed to know, and was very nice and helpful. You can tell they care about the community here. I’ve seen some bad reviews of this place but it’s definitely not representative of the staff here, at least in my experience. Definitely my go to pharmacist.
for some of their stuff they have really good prices like soap, but some perfumes they do not have the lowest price. the marketing of this store is successful as you will think everything is a bargain but be careful around those prices as not everything will be so cheap.
Good prices. I've always found the staff friendly and engaging. They have a mobile text/message based prescription arrangement to notify you that a script is available that I've found to work most times and is very convenient. Free parking has become a challenge unless you park under Toowong Tower and walk across. Otherwise there is plenty of paid parking close by.
No matter if the store is packed or empty, expect delay when getting meds over the counter delay I don't have to wait for when I go to another pharmacy.nnThey are also often out of stock of some meds.nnBut the recent event that pushed me to write this review is when I went to get some of my usual prescribed meds I've been to this pharmacy for a couple years and they have my record, but i unfortunately forgot my prescription at home. Last time this happened they gave me a couple pills and I came back to buy the full box the next day. This time, the pharmacist who was pretty rude told me he can't do it because they were closing in 30min. When I asked if I should skip my meds for the day he basically said it wasn't his problem. These were serotonine meds btw which strongly affect my moods and have helped me come back from being suicidal a few years ago.nnI only gave an extra star as MOST of the staff is usualy friendly.
Awesome service. Loved the variety of products in store. Affordable pricing too. Visited it during their EOFY sale so its always best to look out for this. Employees were friendly and helpful too
