I'm not a huge fan of the store but Alex T showed many fantastic personalities that lit up my day, I would shop there again just to see him. He answered all my questions with a smile on his face and our conversation was one to remember. Toowong chemist warehouse.
Been here a quite a few times as it’s on my way home from university and it’s cheaper than my local chemist. Never had a bad experience, the staff are always quick to offer assistance and happy to help whenever asked. Recently, I was looking for a nasal spray to help clear my nose before bed and I wasn’t really sure between all the options but this younger guy with curls behind the counter helped me pick one and told all I needed to know, and was very nice and helpful. You can tell they care about the community here. I’ve seen some bad reviews of this place but it’s definitely not representative of the staff here, at least in my experience. Definitely my go to pharmacist.
for some of their stuff they have really good prices like soap, but some perfumes they do not have the lowest price. the marketing of this store is successful as you will think everything is a bargain but be careful around those prices as not everything will be so cheap.
I visit this pharmacy regularly for my prescription medication, as well as some supplements and cleaning products. While their waiting time for prescriptions can vary, it's usually a bit lengthy. I personally would prefer if they offered an option to order online and collect in store, but I've had trouble figuring out how to do so. I attempted to sign up for an account on their website and app, but it turns out that I need a specific code from the store in order to register. After a few attempts I gave up, Therefore, I still use the traditional method of collecting my medication. In addition to their pharmaceutical products, the store also offers other items such as dishwasher cubes and shower balls, which are generally inexpensive. However, I typically purchase non-pharmaceutical items at Coles or Woolworths so I can collect Flybuys and Everyday Rewards points.
Good prices. I've always found the staff friendly and engaging. They have a mobile text/message based prescription arrangement to notify you that a script is available that I've found to work most times and is very convenient. Free parking has become a challenge unless you park under Toowong Tower and walk across. Otherwise there is plenty of paid parking close by.
