Last night someone attempted to steal my keys out of my hand to take my car as I was entering chemist warehouse Sunnybank, staff heard and saw altercation I asked them to call police they said they couldn’t do that they said they would call security then told me security wouldn’t come because it wasn’t in store …when I got home safely I called police who told me after making some calls security had no idea as they hadn’t even called them. So looking after safety of your customers isn’t important to you obviously. Shame on you and your non caring attitude. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
I’m really disappointed with their service. A curly hair guy told me to wait 20 minutes for my medication and said they’d text me when it was ready. I ended up waiting 50 minutes with no message at all. When I went back to the store to ask, the curly-haired one who served me earlier saw me and deliberately avoided me. Then someone else came over, and when I asked what was going on, turns out my prescription had been ready ages ago—no one bothered to contact me. What’s the point of taking my phone number then? Just a waste of my time. With service like that, I’m definitely not going back again.
Good parking, open late, does the job. What more could you want?nnI’ve come here twice, somewhat late at night, in need of medications. The first experience was just standard, as a normal chemist is. The second experience, I interacted with the pharmacists at the back. The experience was pleasant - they were friendly and explained things well and made sure I understood how to take the medication. The girl at the front was also very smiley and friendly.nnIn terms of the store itself, it’s quite a large store. They have a lot of stock and you can probably find whatever you need. Their prices are good not really sure what a different chemist would be like, but probably similar. I had a good experience here - nothing great but nothing terrible ‍ I guess the biggest selling point is the long opening hours??

I visited this pharmacy seeking help for a persistent medical issue. I explained my symptoms in detail, but the pharmacist barely asked any follow-up questions and immediately suggested over-the-counter painkillers. It felt dismissive and overly simplistic — if the solution were that easy, I wouldn’t have needed professional advice in the first place. I expected more care and engagement. What’s the point of all the training if patients are just handed the quickest fix?
