Good parking, open late, does the job. What more could you want?nnI’ve come here twice, somewhat late at night, in need of medications. The first experience was just standard, as a normal chemist is. The second experience, I interacted with the pharmacists at the back. The experience was pleasant - they were friendly and explained things well and made sure I understood how to take the medication. The girl at the front was also very smiley and friendly.nnIn terms of the store itself, it’s quite a large store. They have a lot of stock and you can probably find whatever you need. Their prices are good not really sure what a different chemist would be like, but probably similar. I had a good experience here - nothing great but nothing terrible ‍ I guess the biggest selling point is the long opening hours??
Every time I go there whether it’s busy or not they make you wait like 5-10 minutes to pay. Amazing efficiency, there’s always people behind the checkout but none are opened. So today’s no difference 1 person behind every checkout btw there was 4 and only 1 single checkout was opened….
Only popular because they are until 10 pm. Pharmacy says they will send a message when script is ready. 30 min later no message. Same situation for the past 6 months. Staff ignore you while waiting at the counter to pick up scripts serving others first who just walk up. No receipts only digital. Do not recommend at all
Worse Than the Pharmacies in Third World CountriesnnThe pharmacist was such a rookie — she‘d never heard of PrEP and had to Google. I specifically asked for the original brand, but she still handed me the generic. Such a waste of time. I could’ve done a better job myself.nnOne of the Asian woman with glasses at the cashier is either racist or sexist. One time she let a white woman cut in front of me, and another time she let all the white people pass but stopped me to check my bag. Excuse me? I don’t steal. I’m stolen. My time was stolen by you.nnI’m surprised it got 2.6 stars. That’s 1.6 more than it should be.
Really bad service. Jason the pharmacist is been racists to me. Also laughing on me and intentionally wating my time.nAll staff speaking in their language and laughing loudly. I feel like i am not in Australia. They dont have respect to anyone. If anyone see this and know how and where to lodge complaint about this , please let me know. Owner should notice this and they have to take necessary action as soon as possible.
