Placed order on Boxing Day Thursday night for 2 items for click and collect.nPrice is standard which you could get when they run normal sales.nEmail received and advised that it may take UP to 4 hours to process which is standard.nWent into store in person as till Saturday afternoon had not received any response for collection nor any communication that your order is being processed and take longer than expected…, I was advised by the staff that there are 100+ orders on system yet to be processed due to holiday season.nFinally at Saturday night received notification said it is ready for pick up.nI went into store, huge line at the counter, asked the staff and advised that for click and collect you need to queue the line regardless.nOverall experience for me, not so great. The reason for click and collect is to avoid crowds and queue but…nFeels like I should just purchase over the counter to save me time.nAdvice is to let your customers know if order may take longer than expected to process which normally is acceptable.
Good parking, open late, does the job. What more could you want?nnI’ve come here twice, somewhat late at night, in need of medications. The first experience was just standard, as a normal chemist is. The second experience, I interacted with the pharmacists at the back. The experience was pleasant - they were friendly and explained things well and made sure I understood how to take the medication. The girl at the front was also very smiley and friendly.nnIn terms of the store itself, it’s quite a large store. They have a lot of stock and you can probably find whatever you need. Their prices are good not really sure what a different chemist would be like, but probably similar. I had a good experience here - nothing great but nothing terrible ‍ I guess the biggest selling point is the long opening hours??
It's terrible. I didn't expect to encounter discrimination! I have been getting medicine from this pharmacy, and the records show that I get two bottles each time. My English is not very good. I just told the clerk that I need two bottles of prescription medicine. She asked for my phone number impatiently. Then asked me to wait for 15 minutes. Fifteen minutes later, she only gave me one bottle. I said I wanted two bottles. She said impatiently that I didn't hear what you said. If you want to get another bottle, you must wait another fifteen minutes. I told her carefully that I said I wanted two bottles at the beginning. She said in a sarcastic tone, why don't I understand what you said? Then she turned and left. This is really a terrible clerk.
The staff is really rude towards customers. I visited the shop 3 times for my medicine, and each time I was treated badly, IN DIFFERENT WAYS BY DIFFERENT STAFF MEMBERS! This shop is full of racists and they mock the customers, and speak ill of them in front of their faces. It's obviously part of their work culture. I shared my story with my friends and some of them said they had similar experience in that shop as well! This is ridiculous. How the hell are we allowing such a racist crew to operate a busy chemist shop in Sunnybank! I called them to make a complaint and instead of trying to fix the problem, they said there's something wrong with me, I'm not welcome any more and they threatened to report me to the police. LMFAO! Never seen a team that fails on so many levels at once!
Every time I go there whether it’s busy or not they make you wait like 5-10 minutes to pay. Amazing efficiency, there’s always people behind the checkout but none are opened. So today’s no difference 1 person behind every checkout btw there was 4 and only 1 single checkout was opened….
