I have only given 1 star because 0 isn't available.nnThis is without a doubt the worst chemist for a number of reasons.nnThe rudeness of many of their staff is simply unacceptable.nnToday I bought 2 x CervaVe Moisturising Lotions that were discounted by 40%. For whatever reason, I just couldn't comprehend the 'amount' the cashier was asking me to pay. So I queried it, nicely. I then took the two bottles and thought I would go back and have a look at the original price and confirm that there was indeed a 40-% discount applied to that item.nThe cashier was right. For whatever reason I must have been having a 'blond' moment.nnHowever, what I took issue with is that as I was walking back and standing in the queue the lady who was originally behind me and the cashier was bitching about me. Yes, that's correct. Unbelievable.nnOn another issue, over the last two years, I have spoken to the 'managers' of the store 4 times regarding the state of the store. It's incredibly dangerous for everyone, especially the elderly, mothers with children etc. etc. There are trips hazards EVERYWHERE because of the inordinate amount of junk they have lying around on the floor. They clearly just don't care.nnI will now be contacting WorkSafe to lodge a formal complaint. Photos of all of the junk all over the store are attached.nnThe store is like this every time you go in there. No one from Management cares.
Terrible service. Submitted an escript via the sms service, hoping to collect on the way to an important meeting as I didn’t have the time to wait for it to be prepared. Arrived at the store 30 minutes later and waited in line for several minutes to find no one had even checked the online/text requests pharmacy assistant didn’t even appear to know how. Now 40 minutes later, told the text requests weren’t an instance service there is nothing on the website or the text process that says this and that I’d have to wait until after all the other scripts had been filled. Wasn’t able to wait until almost 60 minutes after requesting if I was lucky, having read the other reviews!, so left without medication. VERY poorly managed by the pharmacist.
A big thank you to Tanya for her customer service today. Her kindness, patience and understanding are just some of the qualities she displayed when helping me with my dilemma today. Having worked in the retail industry for 4 years and having had over 20 different retail managers, Tanya is one of the rare few who really want to help their customers and goes above and beyond to come up with a solution. We need more managers like Tanya in the world! Thank you again for your help Tanya!
Waited over half an hour for my script for pre-packed medication. Literally only have to take it from a shelf. Even then I only received it because I got up and asked for it and it was just sitting up there the whole time. Then at the checkout I was charged $35 for a $22 foundation but didn’t realise until I got home. Totally incompetent and dishonest. Never going there again.
Massive range of products. Great if you already know what you want. Prices are competitive, but keep an eye out for the catalogue.
