It looks like all Chemist Warehouses are not the same. The Pharmacists at this branch really know their stuff, are knowledgable, and responsible. They don't just ask you the regular safety questions or whether you've taken it before but they ensure there aren't any contraindications with other medications. The floor staff are friendly and welcoming. It's refreshing to see pharmacy assistance happy and willing to help. Big thanks to Nelson, Wei and David!
Wei T, the pharmacist, provided exceptional service that truly exceeded my expectations. He was incredibly patient, taking the time to thoroughly explain the medication's use and ensuring I understood everything clearly. His dedication to customer care was evident in every interaction. In a time when personalized service is rare, it's refreshing to encounter someone like Wei, who genuinely cares about the well-being of his customers. His professionalism and attentiveness made a world of difference.
Pharmacies are pretty much a dime a dozen with regards to products stocked and prices. But every time I’ve come to this chemist warehouse the staff have left such a good impression on me so finally I thought I’d leave a review. The staff are so knowledgeable and helpful every single time, and go above and beyond. Today, one staff member jumped in to help a heavily pregnant woman take her bag to her car. This was just so lovely of her to go the extra mile. Always ready with a greeting when their customers walk in and more than willing to assist. I’ve been to so many chemist warehouse stores, and the service at this one is just a cut above the rest. So glad I live so close by!
Amazing customer service here at Chemist Warehouse in Springvale. I don’t normally review retail outlets unless I have an incredible experience, but I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to review this Chemist Warehouse as they delivered exceptional customer service. All the staff had such a positive and welcoming attitude, and the culture among the staff was super helpful and lovely. Every staff member that I came across took the time to greet me and offer their assistance.nnAs an additional bonus, the pharmacist received my script and within about one minute handed me the medication whilst I was wandering through the aisles. They definitely go 'above and beyond' at this Chemist Warehouse, and it should not go unrecognised. Thank you once again!
