This is my local CWH and I normally receive decent service but today was very disappointing. Put in a script and waited for nearly half an hour. When I approached to ascertain when it would be ready the chemist seemed unaware of my request and instead half-heartedly glanced at my prescription and incorrectly announced I didn't need a script and picked up a product that was completely the wrong item which I had to clarify was definitely NOT what the Dr had prescribed. Was offered a weak apology whichleft a very bad taste in my mouth. Do better.
I was served by the pharmacist with lovely long brown hair, she had exceptional knowledge about my medications. Fantastic Service, I will become a regular here
Both the pharmacists I’ve been served by have been fantastic. They are always so quick to fill scripts, and if they don’t have stock - order it in and text me the next day to come in. Very good service at the pharmacy. Thanks!
The old pharmacist was super quick now the new lady just talks and talks, you’re waiting at least 30mins with lines waiting for her. Not coming back again.
Female staff extremely rude, make you feel like your are interrupting them, maybe less funds on advertising and a bit more on customer service skills, drop in if you would like to be abused
