If I can give the pharmacists a zero rating I would. Extremely argumentative with patients and medical professionals alike. Don’t take accountability for mistakes they but blame the customer and doctors. Don’t provide sound advice on medical products and don’t ask questions to determine what is needed. We won’t ever go back and I encourage managers to dismiss these pharmacists and hire new caring and empathetic pharmacists. After surgery and during illness what is needed is caring and professional pharmacists.
Good pricing and range, but sometimes you feel like you need to plead with staff for assistance. They never approach even the most-confused looking customers.
Woeful paid parking, not very large shop. Confusing layout creates plenty of talking points with other shoppers, waiting in the queue at glacial pace.
The caucasian male chemist is absolutely fantastic ‘10 stars’, family man and understands how to give experienced suggestions. When the doctors are not open he’s guidance has been priceless. The staff over all have tried to be helpful.nnOPEN TIMES -1 STAR:nWhat’s frustrating ‘for a -1 star’ is that public holidays the sigh is not true it is not open until 12am EVERYDAY. It is worth calling first on any public holiday OR especially the night before a public holiday which has been even more whacked in closing times. For the rest of the time it is really handy to have a chemist open until 1am.
I had a bad experience today. I got my medication from this pharmacy, but when I got home, I noticed the dosage was different. I immediately went back to clarify, and the pharmacy said it just looked different but was actually the same. They also claimed they didn’t have that stock and insisted they had explained everything to me, trying to push all the responsibility onto me. After a few arguments, they suddenly said they did have the stock. I have no idea which statement is true. How can a pharmacist speak so carelessly? How can patients trust you?
