Such a refreshing experience to have a friendly and informative pharmacist go through your medication with you thoroughly, I was genuinely shocked by the level of care that I was afforded by one of the pharmacists here.

Why bother taking my temperature when staff do not know what a normal temp is. Constantly reading low or not reading at all, so much for covid safe in a store that has no chance of social distancing. Should ask Essendon store for pointers, door staff make sure temp reading is correct and have customised stock to allow wider rows.

Went there a few weeks ago. Security guard at entrance was talking crazy. Made me very uncomfortable. Think he was under the influence. Where do they get these creeps from?

All the staff are super professional and efficient. I  find click and collect and the app really helpful.

Don’t like this shop so much cos it’s very crowded with stuff. But Staff are nice
