Eastern European ? lady always so hostile. Asked her for a product she snarled “isle 2” then she waited by the door for us to check out. That was my first time experiencing that. I asked my mate who is not from Australia whether he thought she thought we were going to steal? He said “yeah she is always like that”. I’m white, but that’s my first time seeing racial profiling in action, got me reflecting on the experiences of other people.nnI was just getting some things before work so I wasn’t dressed up particularly nice so I imagine they do get a range of people in stealing but I feel like you should take a step back and not be so quick to paint everyone with the same brush.

Whilst the opening hours are quite short, it’s a great compact Chemist Warehouse. The choice is a little bit limited but the selection is great for its size.

It's very well stocked and often has discounts. Most of all, the staffs here are very enthusiastic, every time they can give me detailed information about the use of different medicines and the things I need to pay attention to. Especially one of the young ladies can provide Mandarin service, which makes me feel very friendly when I just came to Melbourne, and I will continue to come here in the future.

Went by today to pick up my prescriptions but I couldn’t afford one of them and two of the ladies at the checkout helped me out with being able to afford them. I wish I could have found the words to express how grateful I am to them for being so sympathetic to my financial situation. I also wish I had gotten their names so I could thank them specifically, but I’m sure they know who they are. Thank you both so so so much for being incredible human beings

Really want to express my heartfelt gratitude to that Asian female pharmacist, with the last name with J? I assume , for her exceptional service. She patiently guided me through the proper usage of my asthma medication and offered valuable suggestions. I sincerely hope this pharmacy remains a fixture in my neighborhood indefinitely.
