Poor staff, with zero knowledge, advised me wrong medicine totally opposite from what i requested for. And then refused to take it back. I wanted a vitamin for low body energy levels and the guy advised me B3. After taking it i got to know that B3 is totally not for that and should not be taken without doctor advice

Mature pharmacist found it for me instead.nnOlder female on counter had NO customer service skills whatsoever! Not even a hello!nShe is not the only one there that lacks customer service skills…nnl now realise why the store is always cold! It’s because of the staff!!nnIt doesn’t hurt to smile!

Whilst the opening hours are quite short, it’s a great compact Chemist Warehouse. The choice is a little bit limited but the selection is great for its size.

Recently I went to this Chemist Warehouse and the staff member who assisted me was very friendly and knowledgeable. She helped me find the vitamins I was looking for and shared some insights about them, showing her extensive expertise.
