Port Melbourne CW,nnPlease TEACH your staff to be honest and Customer Service skills!!nnYoung female pharmacist was too lazy to find a product for me and said they don’t stock it anymore! Mature pharmacist found it for me instead.nnOlder female on counter had NO customer service skills whatsoever! Not even a hello!nShe is not the only one there that lacks customer service skills…nnl now realise why the store is always cold! It’s because of the staff!!nnIt doesn’t hurt to smile!
I honestly don’t know why I shop here. I’m always rushing to get here by 6pm from work and 6.00pm on the dot I’m not let in, ‘we’re closed’. Even after begging - not the first time it’s happened same blonde lady as below.nThen today, I’m in the shop 5 mins before close and trying to get help from staff on products and none were able to help me find the product and both said ‘we’re closed’. Then as i continue to look, the blonde, Eastern European lady at the front said ‘we all want to go home!!’ It’s 6.02pm at this point. I said ‘that’s obvious’ and then she’s talking about me to her co-workers at the front saying how rude I am whilst looking at me Clearly hates her job. Absolutely terrible customer service. Plenty of other pharmacies in Port Melbourne so avoid this one.
Whilst the opening hours are quite short, it’s a great compact Chemist Warehouse. The choice is a little bit limited but the selection is great for its size.
Recently I went to this Chemist Warehouse and the staff member who assisted me was very friendly and knowledgeable. She helped me find the vitamins I was looking for and shared some insights about them, showing her extensive expertise. Her customer service was exceptional, and I left feeling confident in my purchase.
This pharmacy is amazing! The staff is incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me with everything I needed. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure I got the right products. I really appreciated their excellent service and will definitely be coming back!
