No matter which one you walk into, m the format is the same - you think you're walking into the same branch all the time and expect narrow aisles - if one person is in the narrow aisles you can't get past and especially if they are on a ladder and stacking up the shelves. They are not as friendly as Woolworths staff who are willing to help you find what you need with a better attitude. Even with all the signs, it is hard to know which aisle you have to look down to find what you're looking for.nLong wait at the checkout. The pharmacist doesn't know you like your local little guy, so I buy my prescription stuff locally. I don't like giving my business to the big guys but they save so much money and they stopped more than my local guy could ever carry so I minimise what I buy here do what I absolutely have to before I am forced to buy off the big guys because they put the little guys out of business bit by bit with the help of the government.
Pharmacist was rude and unhelpful. Gave me incorrect advice and an incorrect product recommendation after I told her that the product in question had not worked for me previously.nStaff were ok but unhelpful and had poor knowledge about the stores products
The busiest time of the year Christmas and you've only got one person working the register around 12pm on Tuesday 22nd December. Not only that, you've got a heap of people waiting in the perfume section waiting for someone with the key to help them out. Yet no one can be found to assist.nnNot the best customer service.nn10 minutes later, when someone does finally come, they spend 5 to 10 minutes with just one customer who wanted to sniff nearly every perfume in the cabinet. How about in between sniffs, you help someone else out. I knew what I wanted, and it would have taken 5 seconds to unlock the door and get it out for me.
