The busiest time of the year Christmas and you've only got one person working the register around 12pm on Tuesday 22nd December. Not only that, you've got a heap of people waiting in the perfume section waiting for someone with the key to help them out. Yet no one can be found to assist.nnNot the best customer service.nn10 minutes later, when someone does finally come, they spend 5 to 10 minutes with just one customer who wanted to sniff nearly every perfume in the cabinet. How about in between sniffs, you help someone else out. I knew what I wanted, and it would have taken 5 seconds to unlock the door and get it out for me.
Im not happy for the service 20aud they are not make me happy.they are not thingking the solution if there is some error with costumer.to make happy
A tardis of a place, far bigger than one might imagine from the outside, and a huge range of stock. It can be hard to find what you want so it's best to ask a staff member.
Incompetent losing important scripts then when they lose the script act like it’s not their problem bunch of clowns
