I bought a box of supplements from the Norwood store. Reaching home I found out that it’s already open. I called the Norwood shop and a lady put me on hold. After 28 minutes of waiting, I reached the shop while on hold. I got it replaced eventually. Waste of everyone’s time. My mistake- I need to check the box before buying and should not trust blindly even after paying for it. The check out chick and store pplnare just doing their job
Really fantastic experience today! The customer service was like no other place I'd been. Sophie was extremely knowledgeable and pointed me in the direction of what I needed. She was friendly, approachable and all around just a wonderful person. I will be shopping here again.
Please educate your staff to not send customers to the back of the line to pick up their orders. Click and Click exists for a reason and telling customers that the sign should not be there and is wrong does not provide a good customer experience. Thankgodness one of your senior members came to my aid.
It is very hard to know when some one become sick , I went after hours clinic , Dr prescribed antibiotics for my child I rush to Norwood , I entered just before 4 minutes closing time . I put prescription on counter instead of watching it they said to me ,come next time early as we close in 4 minutes it is really unethical replay by pharmacists. They suppose to read the age of patient & understand the felling of parents .nAs I know after closing time you not allow anyone inside but people who already in they need to treat respectfully. I feel really very bad . People more worry about their job finish time rather than about patient . This is not a Australia used to be.
Firstly I am a regular costumer and visit here a hundreds times. I had very AWFUL experience here today. My friend bought a baby formula as a gift for my baby from here, and I was successfully exchanged it here. This time, I wanted my baby to try other brands, so I bought three tins of Aptamil. However, the baby didn't like it and would vomiting a lot after each feeding. So I wanted to go back and exchange the remaining two tins. At first, the regular front counter said they couldn't handle it and asked me to go to the pharmacy desk to handle it. When I went to the pharmacy desk, they wanted to send me back to the regular front counter like kicking the ball back and forth. They told me the baby formula usually isn't exchangeable. The receipt didn't indicate the policy either. No one explained why it was possible last time but not this time? The man even said I was harassing their staff? And importantly the extremely rude and unacceptable thing is this man asked the security guy to remove me out !!!
