Please educate your staff to not send customers to the back of the line to pick up their orders. Click and Click exists for a reason and telling customers that the sign should not be there and is wrong does not provide a good customer experience. Thankgodness one of your senior members came to my aid.
am writing to express my disappointment regarding the service I recently received at Chemist Warehouse.nWhile I was waiting in the perfume section, I asked a staff member for assistance because most of the perfume displays were locked. The staff member responded by saying, “Do it yourself,” in a rude manner. I found this behaviour unprofessional and unacceptable.nAs a customer, I expect respectful service and assistance, especially when products are locked and cannot be accessed without staff help. Unfortunately, the staff member appeared uninterested and unwilling to assist.nI believe there is a need for better staff training to ensure customers are treated with courtesy and professionalism. Chemist Warehouse promotes affordable products, but customer service should not be compromised.nI hope the higher management will take this matter seriously and provide additional training to staff to improve customer service standards.nI look forward to your response.
I recently had a disappointing experience at Chemist Warehouse – Norwood.nnEarly in the morning, I visited the store to purchase some medicines and other essential products. As I was in a hurry at the time, I did not check my receipt at the counter before leaving. However, once I arrived home and reviewed the receipt carefully I noticed that I had been charged twice for a single item.nThis was quite concerning and inconvenient, as pricing accuracy is extremely important, especially when customers trust that billing at the counter reflects the exact items purchased While mistakes can happen, such errors cause unnecessary inconvenience and require customers to make additional trips to resolve the issue.nI would strongly encourage everyone to double check their receipts at the counter before leaving the store to avoid similar situations.nI hope the store management reviews this matter and ensures more careful billing practices to prevent such issues in the future.
Our household frequents CW Norwood as it’s in our neighbourhood. Today I had one of the worst experience from a staff member called Leila. She was rude and did not care about customer service definitely the wrong line of work. She was just sitting on the ladder during her shift doing nothing on the clock while watching her colleague Preston stack shelves in front of her. Sitting on the ladder doing nothing except talk about her uni schedule and trying to pick up extra shifts at CW. I asked if she was on a break which she replied “no I’m working”. Not once did she try to move off the ladder or ask if I needed assistance. Oblivious she didn’t care about customers or even working while on the clock. She is giving CW and other hard working employees a bad name. There are other hard working staff there who do their fair share, who have the abilitynto conduct themselves professionally, and be great brand ambassadors for CW Norwood. If I was the manager, take a look at the CCTV between 12:45 pm -1 pm on 20nJanuary 2026, and talk to the security guy too. I did not buy what I needed at CW Norwood, instead I went to Priceline Norwood where I received excellentncustomer service bought what I needed and more.
After buying two Playgro toys for my grandchild which clearly said $7.79, buy one get one free, as all the toys were on Tuesday with various prices, I got home and saw I'd been charged $9.09 each. I rang up about it and was told yes I was right, but I had to come back in for a $10.39 refund. When I returned, I was advised as per the VERY fine print in the photo attached, that the Playgro items weren't included in the offer. Deceptive advertising of the worst kind. I only got $2.60 refund but it's the principle of the situation!
