My wife went in today to get some Tooshies nappies and couldn't find any on the shelf, so asked a staff member for assistance as the online store said it was in stock. The staff member went to check and returned stating that the product had been delivered this morning but that they were 'right out the back' and could you please come in another day to get them! My wife didn't have time to argue and left empty handed.
Consistency is the key as they say, poor service and rude staff make for a memorable shopping experience. If I was a state mgr mystery shopping the said store then performance reviews would be happening. I'm glad that I am not the only dissatisfied customer, re past reviews. I don't expect any change from this but if the staff are not happy then there's a bigger problem. Pull your socks up!
I've given up going to Norwood CW.nRude dispensing pharmacists, waiting too long for pickup and only one chair for waiting. Queue for paying is too long, until they call more staff.nCheckout staff are mostly disinterested. There was one lady who was good. She's gone.nGo to Priceline at Firle. Heaps better service from all areas.
Pros; will get your script.nCons; anytime you will wait 25 mins at least any time of day for it to be dispersed. Then another 10 to be served to pay.nYou can't have ANY mobility issues/prams aisles are consistently full of boxes and trolleys. There is a single seat in an emergency exit to wait for your script.nStaff have little to no customer service, often unsure or confused by where there own products are.nThe carpark is often full with people not going to the chemist.
had an appointment for vaccination, went there no one was there with roller door closed.
