The store itself is always extremely busy, most times you need to approach a staff member in an aisle to assist with fragrances and are always willing to help. Dani is always willing to help with fragrances as well ! Yesterday I had the best on phone customer service from both Sophia and Adam, who both were both extremely understanding and helpful in resolving a click and collect issue. Keep up the good work guys :
Ask three different girls for a simple product and they all just pointed to the direction I already checked and walked off straight away before I could tell them I've look there. They were very unhelpful, dismissive. Been to many CW and the girls working Saturday morning are the worst CW I've seen. Had lovely ladies in the afternoon at checkout and shelves before in Norwood. Better training required for their younger, rude staff.
To the young lady at your Norwood store on Saturday 21st December at 10:15am who checked my bag after watching me pay for my items & followed me outside on the street to check my said purchases & made a scene to look inside my handbag, ON THE STREET! this was embarrassing and uncalled for.nnDo betternI usually shop at your Sefton Plaza store and have never encountered this kind of harassment.
I felt very uncomfortable with the young female security with a veil at 16:37, 11/Jan. She checked my bag and made me to take out everything, and no apologies after found nothing wrong.nnI bought at least $2,000 products from this store in past few months every time before me or my partner travel overseas.nnThe young security guard is just so bad manners.nPlease Feel free to check your cctv camera or transaction records to approve my said.nnIt used to be convenient and reliable for me as a pharmacy.nBut not anymore.
Usually our go to place. Prices and variety are good. Always busy with a line up. Stupidly I managed to drop 5 $20 bills that disappeared into thin air. Some lucky bugger got an early Christmas present!!
