Great customer service experience with young lady named Ashley! Very friendly and knowledgeable! She helped me pick the perfect gift for my granddaughters birthday, thank you Ashley!!
I was in and out so quick I nearly missed it.nYoung bloke called Zac is the real one. Understood the challenges of technology no signal inside and let me duck out to load up my e-script when it froze up, and he found me in the store when my Medicare details needed updating.nnPlenty of stock, easy parking out front, knowledgeable staff in every isle.nnOthers may fare better but my mobile had no signal inside.nGot my drink at the counter to down the meds and even the lovely lady at the register had some fun banter for our very short interaction.nnGot my script filled so quick that my wife was still waiting for her coffee across the street. Freaking beautiful, thanks Zac and Co.
12/03/2026 @ 6:05pmnnThe pharmacy staff were very helpful and professional.nnUnfortunately, my experience at the checkout was disappointing. The young woman with brown hair and jewellery who served me was speaking with a colleague a blonde staff member packing boxes behind the counter throughout the transaction and did not acknowledge me properly. The interaction felt dismissive and came across as quite rude.nnIt may be worthwhile providing additional customer service training for the checkout staff to ensure customers feel acknowledged and respected during service
Very disappointing experience, The staff member responsible for prescriptions was extremely rude and unprofessional. There was no basic level of customer service, no clear communication, and no respect shown during the interaction. Instead of helping, the attitude made the situation unnecessarily stressful.nnIn a healthcare setting, professionalism and respect are essential — unfortunately, this was completely lacking. I would not recommend this pharmacy based on this experience.
The store looks well managed and organised but my main reason to give a review is because of the Pharmacist who gave me the Influenza flu shot today!nnYin Yep I believe his name is & as generally folks would do he asked me if I was okay with needles and asked me some questions to ease into it & before giving the shot he did mention I’d just feel slight pressure but for the first time in my life I got a shot or had an injection where it didn’t hurt! Not even for a millisecond, yin was like a Pro Professional! I even mentioned it to him that it didn’t even feel like the needle touched me & he said that’s a job well done then! He should be a tattoo artist as it was painless literally! But jokes apart, his customer service was top notch!nnShoutout to Yin & also the other staff who seemed friendly & immediately assisted me when I asked where to get the shot. Would surely recommend anyone getting any vaccinations to book their shots here at Northlakes Chemist Warehouse
