On two occasions now I have experienced and witnessed the staff behind the script counter being rude, dismissive and condescending. It's like they have a little bit of power and it has gone to their heads and they flex it on every occasion they can. Sad sad people. They refused to give me a medicine saying its not over the counter and that I needed a script. Funny that. I left and went to the Westfield Chemist Warehouse and asked for the same medicine and got it no problem. Reading the reviews on Google it seems I am not the only one with this experience. It's a shame management doesn't action change.
I was standing at fragrances for around 10 minutes and get ignored by staff who go and serve customers who got there after me, then ignored me again trying to open and take out products for other customers right in front me, I was going to make a substantial transaction with other items here but that put me right off!nI'll be buying online from other sellers now on.nWith poor service like this, they'll be losing profits left right, I give this place ZERO stars
Communication was absolutely dismal. My medical supplies for dexcom diabetes sensors they had “warehouse issues” and no one communicated. Those devices are life saving and basic communication to say there had been issues would have stopped all the issues. I have never had this sort of experience before in my life and would hope the manager helps support staff to ensure this sort of thing doesn’t happen to anyone else.
Extremely rude staff, ignore customers when they start queuing. Filling the prescriptions takes forever. I ask for exact waiting time to go back & when I go back, I’m still waiting sometimes up to half an hour. I’m told it has to be checked & the pharmacist is elsewhere or they are on the phone or having a break. It’s really disgusting!
I purchased a hair product. When I got home, I was horrified to learn it’s dangerous and your hair falls out. A few days later, I managed to get to a chemist warehouse and they tell me I can’t get a refund unless it’s the store branch I purchased it from. That delays me. By the time I get to the original store a few days later, I’m told it’s been more than 7 days. Only 7 days to return things?? Especially when they are unsafe products. The product was completely sealed and unopened with security stickers sealing it still. I think it’s pretty horrific customer service and now I’m scared to ever shop there again for fear I’ll purchase something and won’t be allowed to return it. Guess I’ll have to find a new chemist.
