Placed a click and collect order. Notified to allow 4 hours and id get an mss advising when it would be ready. 24 hours later I get mss advising order cancelled as no stock and my money would be refunded in 4-5 days! Really???nDisgusting service. Why am I surprised as when in store I waited 45 mins for prescriptions to be filled. Then came away with one script not filled.
People go for cheap and don’t mind being treated like dirt. Un Australian. This company is a money hungry machine. Won’t be back. Rather pay more and support people who truely love their work thus creating a much better experience.
19/11/25 Went for a vaccination that was booked today, waited 30 minutes, it was very busy. Met with the most unprofessional, incompetent pharmacist ever, she did not know how to administer a simple MMR vaccine, took the cap of the needle and threw it in the main bin, then realised she threw the needle out with it, took it back out the bin and proceeded to use it, didn’t cleanse injection site with alcohol nor clean her hands, didn’t know how to dispense the vaccine into the needle, had to follow google on how to administer. Afterwards threw the needle in the trashcan when there was a sharps box on the wall.Could barely speak English. Extremely unprofessional and uneducated considering this is a pharmacist. Left feeling dirty and wronged. The store is extremely over run with customers and way too short staffed. Will NEVER come back.
The selection of products in store is fantastic and the hospitality was next level the experience I had was refreshing “from the norm” Jasmine went far and beyond to help me out with some products as I’m not that familiar and gave the impression of “genuinely caring”. The staff at the store named Bisharo is so rude and I’m so unhappy about it. It is not my fault that the label in the shelf is incorrect to the system price and I was charged for the system price. Such un professional and mid concept for the customers purchase of putting low price on the shelf and charging extra at the checkout. I came all the way from Bentley just to buy the supplement and I was mistreated this way. It’s so unacceptable.
