having to wait an hour for a prescription, i understand. but i was prescribed to take something for 7 days, and my packaging only had enough applicators for 5 days. i ring up to ask if i can have the remaining 2 and they said no.nnannoyed, i said that it would give me an inaccurate dosage if i reuse one of the applicators which are SINGLE USE ONLY FOR A REASON!! and its unsafe. they just said that they can’t just give me more. honestly if i didn’t have patience, i would’ve gone off my face. i want to get rid of this infection i have, not make it worse!! disgusting !!
Felt like I entered a shop that only got robbed recently. The whole shop was in a mess when I paid a visit over the weekend last week. Stocks finished and were not replenished, and lots of products were wrongly placed with misleading price tag especially at the skincare section. So far, this is the worst CWH I had ever been in WA.
Really not impressed, never going to this Chemist Warehouse again. Ridiculously busy and not enough staff to look after anyone. Waited 20mins in line, I have a stye and requested Chlorsig-which I’ve used before. Pharmacist wouldn’t even look at my eye or even speak to me, was passed on message from fraught/overwhelmed colleague to use a warm compress-been there. I went to Chemist Warehouse Cottesloe and immediately got what I wanted/needed. I’m in my 40s, clearly have a stye and just needed the relevant medication. Just do your job, maybe it’s a power trip.
The staff have to be the most unprofessional that I have ever encountered.nSo rude and dismissive to my enquiries.nThis is only the Morley Chemist Warehouse, all the others I have attended have been great and attentive.nThe management at this store really need to address this issue and educate their staff on customer service.nSo disappointing .
I’ve been a regular customer at Chemist warehouse, but my visit today was incredibly disappointing due to the rude and unprofessional behavior of one of the staff members. I was checking a bottle of tablets I was about to purchase because the cap seemed a bit loose, just to ensure it hadn’t been tampered with. I was purchasing two bottles and was checking both. One of the staff, a young woman wearing hijab, approached me in an overly aggressive manner and said “Excuse me! You can’t open that!” I explained that I wasn’t opening it, just checking to see if it had been opened. She insisted “Yes! But you can’t open it!” Even after I clarified I was simply checking before buying, she raised her voice and yelled, “Yes! But you can’t open it!” as she walked away. What was even more frustrating was that, as she might have realized I wasn’t actually opening the bottle, she repeated the same thing again. This kind of behavior only reinforces lack of professionalism and courtesy. It was unnecessary, rude, and left a negative impression. I understand store policies, but this was not the way to handle the situation. I sincerely hope the management addresses the lack of professionalism from some of their staff.
