The Morley Coventry Markets store is the only store that I avoid almost all the time. The pharmacy team is outright rude. They treated me as if I am the stupidest person they are talking to. When asked anything they answer with an attitude that “u should have known” and even giving false answers like this does not have generic version of a medication whereas I get it from another store. The pharmacy staff need to bring themselves ou from pretending that “we are the smartest” and that the customers are idiots and serve a lot better. It amazes me that with consistent bad reviews the management is doing nothing to improve the service.
Yeah sure it's cheap if you've got the whole bloody day to waste. I won't be going here anymore. Every time I hand in a script I'm told it's a 20 minutes wait. I always end up waiting 40 to 60 minutes and in that time I get multiple texts to say my script is ready for collection but when I go up to collect, each time I'm told it's not ready. Over this place. Avoid it.
WORST chemist warehouse. A lot of the staff are so clueless and are so rude and give off bad attitude when you ask them simple questions. I asked if there was any stock in a particular item I wanted and the girl said that I should come back tomorrow as there will be new stock in by then. I came back 2 days later and saw once again that there was no stock on the floor so I asked a staff member to help me find it as I had been told there has been restock. Took 15 minutes and came out with nothing stating that “there’s nothing back there”. Took down my contact details but never received contact. Completely misinformed and staff are unorganised. Staff need to remember we are paying for their wages!
I have been to this store multiple times and I have always been impressed by the quick service. I especially appreciated Asra's help where she patiently answered my question about my prescription.
The Pharamacists here are very unorganised. Took 25 minute from priscription submitted and then after 25 mins says no this medicine not available. Another 10 mins wasted on cash counter saying the medicines are showing dispensed in the system and i had pay for the medicine which were dispatched.
