Thought had ordered 100ml cologne as strangely they are selling the 50ml for the same price. Wouldn't exchange or refund & staff was rude & tried to say I had worn it as had opened box before saw the size.nWont be shopping at Chemist Warehouse ever again.
very competitive price, medicine cheaper than other brands pharmacy, but their waiting time is longer than other, wait for drop, wait for collection then wait for pay. Very annoyed. Luckily, I spent less time than other Chemist warehouses this time. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Cashier was high efficiency.
Very rude staff, Rather than helping people with queries perfect to ruin others day. The 2 ladies on the check counter so rude. They are giving very bad facial expressions for a query. The same lady always very rude. Really ridiculous nobody stopping them. Best to other shops and support other businesses.
The staff there are unprofessional and inexperienced. I had a staff member at the checkout make me wait for 20 minutes because he couldn’t count the items including my medication properly. He did not apologise for the delay he kept asking are you sure these are the medication they prescribed you I said yes he goes oh I’ll just need to confirm to make sure it’s correct. I told him I know what my GP prescribed for me it’s the correct order. Definitely not coming to buy things there again.
The lady pharmacist there was very rude when attended. Without knowing the whole scenario, she kept on replying back so rudely. Even though I and my husband asked calmly what was happening, she just kept on shouting without knowing the right patient. She just assumed me as other patient and kept on barging that she had called us more than 1000 times . I asked her if she had the right number, even she got the number from the file and showed our number. My husband then showed all the call logs messages from the phone; still went and checked; kept on talking back rudely and finally when we tried asking her questions, she started getting anxious and then realized that we were not the one she was looking for after shouting for that long.. Is that the way a pharmacist shows duty of care towards the customers??nWe have been shopping with Chemist for more than 2 years now, since arriving in Perth.We were always satisfied with service provided by all other staffs in Morley Chemist Warehouse but the experience we had with that lady pharmacist was not tolerable. We decided not to keep our scripts and go back there, so we got everything out from there. The 1 star review is only for that lady pharmacist and her unprofessionalism.
