Placed a click & collect order for Sustagen for my elderly mother and when placing order there was no facility provided to nominate a collection person my husband so when I received confirmation I sent him the link but when he got there staff would not allow him to pickup.  This is so ridiculous when products are paid for and not like they're dangerous medications or anything.  I'M FURIOUS... the whole point of the exercise was to save time and kms and stress when caring for the elderly!!

I went to the Moana store last night and asked Holly for some advice regarding a particular Palmers skin care product.  Holly was busy working on the shelves at the time, but she was happy spending time helping me.  I appreciated the information and recommendations she gave me and even though I took up a reasonable amount of her time, she never made me feel that I was being annoying or intrusive.  She is always friendly, cheerful and helpful and her customer service skills are excellent.

A great location and a very clean tidy and accessible store! Purchased some footcare items at very good prices,so much choice! Not as busy as some of the other Chemist Warehouses I've visited but as the suburb expands,so will this business! They stock a vast array of merchandise including vitamins,medicines,men's personal products, face, eye  and make-up products,hair and skincare, sports and health lines, bath and body care, men's and women's fragrances and perfumes ,baby care, shampoos and conditioners, oral care,hair colours and so much more exciting discounted products!Their staff are friendly and helpful and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them! Open 7days! It also  pays to check  and obtain their latest catalogue and check out the newest and best savings!
