I went to the store to look for products for women but couldn't find them on the shelves. I tried to find staff but there was no one so I went to the pharmacist counter to ask. I also had to line up to wait for my turn and I met a female pharmacist. I asked her about the product and she looked up the information on the computer, directed me to aisle number 7 to look for it, I told her I looked at aisle 7 and didn't have that product. She told me it was none of her business, that was the responsibility of the staff outside, and she was only in charge of the pharmacy counter, then left and said if I want to find it, just stand there. Her attitude was extremely rude so I left and found another staff to help. That staff tried to look aisle 4 and 7 but couldn't find it, then she went to the pharmacist counter to check, this female pharmacist gave the product I needed to another staff, then they whispered something to each other and laughed at me with an scornful attitude. This is the first time I have had this bad experience at Chemistwarehouse. I will never come back here. Service attitude here is the worst, staff do not respect customers. Bye and never ever again.
Horrific customer service. I placed a click and collect order for some skincare and vitamins for my family and planned to collect the next day. Unfortunately I woke up unwell so my husband said he would collect for me whilst out running errands. I rang chemist warehouse mirrabooka to pre warn them that my hubby would be collecting on my behalf and that I sent him the confirmation email to him to show at the counter. The person on the phone was incredibly rude, told me I have to cancle the order and that my husband would have to repurchase the items in store given it would take up to 7-10 days to receive my refund so basically having to fork out more money before receiving refund to buy the items we need right now because I didn't pre nominate my husband when placing the order. I explained once again that I was well when placing the order then woke up unwell today and couldn't make it so I'm ringing to give verbal confirmation over the phone. After arguing with me for 4 minutes I told him that he was making it very difficult for a family to collect some everyday items. He then told me to send a photo of my ID to my husband to show then the staff member hung up on me. Surprised this place is still in business.
Always a pretty good experience here in a small entry way especially with the guard on the door which can feel a bit unwelcoming however there are usually enough staff on this checkout, which a lot of chemist warehouse stores won't do.nnLocation is it's downfall just due to the fact that the carpark is a crash zone.
Hi manager if there is any manager in this store , i really didn't want to give a review but seems like some people in this store have real mental issues so many time i bought medication from this pharmacy each time i ask for original one but they give me a generic at the end. they do this on purpose this is only pharmacy dose this and the only person doing this on purpose the Asian guy who fade his hair unfortunately i dont know his name ,look if i ask for original that means i want original and if you dont have it you have to let me know i mentioned 6 timesssssss i want the original how hard is it? , i know you pharmacist you study for years to just become prescription reader not more please please its not to hard to learn different between generic and orginal one and if you still dont understand what people ask for im happy to pay from my own monay to sign up you for some chilcare to actually from base to show you dont lie to people and learn how serve people , really feel sorry for such unexperienced pharmacist plese not late than today Start going to childcare it might help you , only Mirrabooka pharmacy dose this only this store ,te rest if you ask for original they really give you original, dot forget to start from base again in childcarenThank you .
I met with Amy there who was working in the store and that girl is awesome . She is great. She helped me a lot and I took bit long to take the decision for the product I was looking for but Amy helped me with patience. She had good knowledge too. I am happy with my product she advised me. Really really thanx to that lady. Some time it’s gets hard for the customer to ask about any product as worker shows some rudeness while asking them but the service Amy gave me was awesome. Thanks once again .
