This is one of the worst for time and customer service. All my prescriptions are kept on file. No matter how much time I give them from when I call to when I arrive it is never ready. I called this morning to organise collection gave them over 2 hours and it wasn't ready when I arrived. Plus when you wait in the designated area to collect they basically ignore you. And today they gave me a generic brand without asking. I stated I didn't want the generic branding and want the other. She walked off for a minute and came back and said that's all they had. I have never ever had this brand from them before and I'm a regular. Plus the lady who served me was nothing but rude and it seemed like such a hassle to help.nnAlso today i feel extremely sorry for the 2 cash register people. They needed help and extra people on as the line wrapped around down to the makeup isle. Maybe the people who were stacking shelves should be more observant to their surroundings and know when to jump on and help!

I went to get a script from a doctor for a vaccine and I was informed by the pharmacist here that I can actually get it for free for being postpartum. Refreshing to have someone take initiative and inform you of your options! The vaccine had to get ordered but it came the next day, and Emad was very friendly and gave me the injection, didn’t sting at all. 5-star service, excellent

Worst customer service by manager and employees . I bought something 2 days back . Didn't open it . I had receipt but they said they can't return it I said I am short on cash and it was their staff who gave me wrong medicine which my doctor had denied rather then apologising their mistake they said it was someone else . I told them I had emergency medical procedure done and I really want antibiotics and if I got something on Sunday and want to return on Tuesday as I am really struggling for cash but all they can say that we can't return consumable . I told them very clearly it's not consumable if I haven't opened anything.  Really disappointed . Please help yourself and don't go there

I’d like to give Paulini  pauline  Five star review her customer service is exceptional. There is always a smile on her face as she treats every customer the same even when some customers are heated. She always goes beyond what she needs to do to make sure I’m happy when I leave the Chemist. I do think most of the staff don’t get a lot of credit for this and Paulini definitely needs a pay rise.nI always make sure I come in when she’s on duty. Thank you for your wonderful work, Paulini

I had such a great experience at Chemist Warehouse Melton! The staff were so friendly, a special mention to Kiran who really went out of their way to help me find exactly what I needed. She was patient, knowledgeable, and made me feel like a valued customer. It’s not often you come across customer service this good—highly recommend this place.
