This is a fantastic Chemist Warehouse, excellent customer service and fair prices; just a challenge to get parking and it does take a while to fulfil scripts during peak hour 3:30-4pm on a weekday, but they have the remote beepers to call you when your script is ready. Great prices too and the 5-stars goes to Steward who was able to provide me with a pharmacy invoice emailed when I forgot to request one when I was in-store. My private health insurance declined my claim and I had to request for a pharmacy receipt. I emailed the pharmacy and honestly didn’t think I’d ever get a response and would have to drive to the Chemist Warehouse but that same day I had emailed the chemist, at 9:50pm I received my pharmacy receipt! Stoked! Thank you so much!
I have been shopping regularly over the years at this store and thought it time to to acknowledge the friendly, but more importantly, very helpful staff in this store. Nothing is ever too much trouble for the staff to help me with my questions about items and, if unsure, to get further assistance. One might say that that is customer service, which should be expected, but anyone who knows me knows that, whilst I'm always polite, I'm a very fussy shopper
AVOID. Formal complaint lodged with Fair Trading. They gleefully rip off pensioners, refusing to apply concessions for PBS medications, stating obvious lies about 'calling PBS and confirming'. It's not possible to talk to PBS. They redirect you, depending on the query. Save yourself a lot of money by going around the corner to Terry White. They are honest and their prices are better.
This pharmacy is very convenient. There’s a parking lot right across the street, so it’s super easy to stop by and pick up what you need.
Poor customer service, the Asian guy at the door at 11:33AM 4 July 2025 stopped me from going out although I paid for my stuff just 3 minutes ago and did not get the receipt as I dont want to bring rubbish back home.nnThey have the screening machine, why that man has to waste my time, making me missing a bus just 1 minute late the bus gone.nnPlease be more respectful to your customer.
