I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I had the worst customer service ever today at this store. The cashier who served me was really rude. He didn’t even greet me. I brought 3 items to him and said that I’d like to purchase only the 2 and that I had changed my mind about the 3rd item. I could have returned that item to the shelves myself, but I didn’t want to lose my queue. I told him that I also have a click & collect order to pick up, and he rudely asked me which one I wanted to do first. I said I’d like to pay for the 2 items first. Done that, he then scanned the 3rd item and told me to pay. I explained to him again that I don’t want to purchase this item. He got upset and threw that item to the floor. I was shocked. There was probably a box or something on the floor where they put returned items, but throwing the item like that was totally uncalled for. Then, when processing my click & collect order, I showed him my Student ID card. He said ok, but later told me in passive-aggressive manner something along the lines “next time you bring your driver’s license”. Well, it says “a valid form of photo ID” not “a government-issued photo ID”. So rude!!!
Troubling experience at this store tonight, 62 yrs old health care worker, gort a fever Friday and last night coughed so much during the night had to sit up all night as soon as i lay down i start coughing. Told this to the "12 yr old smug "chemist" behind the counter and he advised that he couldn't help me suggesting more strepsils was the way to go. This is the first time in my life i have been profiled as a drug addict. I manage a company with 80 offices around Australia and was recommending Chemist Warehouse for all of our staff vaccinations 1000 staff, no more i am now recommending that people go build a relationship with a real local chemist and not these woke school students who are of no help what so ever. I will also be ringing the CW Head office Monday to speak directly to our company liaison.
Good morning guys there is no way you are cheaper than normal chemists got my blood pressure tablets yesterday you charged me $15.90 and down at pagewood pharmacy it cost me $7.65 you guys do force advertising and miss lead the public what you do have is a gun to steal of everyone without being charged by police hope people read this and learn from what I’m saying
Very poor customer service. The worst Chemist Warehouse I have ever been. I tried to exchange a product that I bought the wrong size and they said I can’t because the return policy is 7 days but I went to another store and they exchanged for me. This one is a shame. They don’t even give you the receipt of your own purchase. What a shame!!!!!!!
Customer service is just amazing, when it comes to serving an asian and other people. Smile suddenly turned to disgruntlement without saying a word.
Line of people waiting to get in before work when it was supposed to open at 8am. When someone next to me made a comment about it when the lady showed up at 8:17 she told him he should “be more patient”
Need to provide proper customer service to front desk staff, we were not greeted when approaching the register, as our bags were being packed not a single word was said, once the items were all scanned we received a price to pay and that was it. No thankyou, no goodbye, totally non existent customer service. Meng was the staff member who served us. If you can ignore the non-existent customer service this store is awesome, the range is huge, the aisles are massive and heaps of space to explore the range. Quite easy street parking also.
What an absolute joke this place is, the so called pharmacists there are the worst I’ve ever come across. My dr sends me a script via email, I print it out and bring it in. Apparently this isn’t good enough for chemist warehouse, they need it emailed to them directly. So the pharmacist tells me to sit down, because she’ll my dr and get it sent. 30 minutes later I asked for the status and she hadn’t called yet. I took back my script, went to another local chemist and received my medication in less than 5 minutes. Don’t go here!
Dispensary staff especially Jimmy are wonderful and efficient. They make sure you understand your medications. However, floor staff are almost non-existent and only put stock away - there is no customer service factor.
Disgusting service and an extremely rude pharmacist. Would never do business with these people again.
