0 Stars if possible - spent 3 weeks trying to get an eScript/TGA form emailed to them only to be told today "We don't dispense that product", despite specifically mentioning that product in the eScript, TGA Letter AND phone calls......  Beyond useless

Was served on the floor by a teenage kid with red hair who was working as a shelf filler.i enquired about liver detox that was cheapest per tablet.he immediately went to a computer and within 1minute took me to the correct product bay and showed me two comparable products under $15 ,VERY IMPRESSIVE service!!!!!!!!!

What is the point of promoting an eScript service for quick pick up if your store does not even look them? Why was I told to call the store rather than follow the steps on your website?  I am unwell and wanted to be in and out quickly. Instead I waited 25 minutes with a group of others.

I needed some perfume for Christmas and was recommended the Chemist Warehouse in Leichardt. Plenty of parking in the side streets, the chemist also has it’s own small 6 spot car park. Lots of top line perfumes to choose from for men and women. They have a really inexpensive range of organic skin care products for women.

Very poor script experience the last 3 times which has prompted this review. Its only occurring with the new person tall male and has been a unpleasant experience each time. Everything is too hard for him, he shakes he's head and is extremely difficult to understand through his mask. Learn how to smile and offer your customer some attention.

Came in to buy a foundation today. There were a few testers available, which I tried. Unfortunately someone had opened a colour and put it back amongst the other testers, and I didn’t see that it didn’t have “ tested” written on it,  and used it. Maybe you could provide testers for your products instead of accusing customers of opening them, and some customer service training won’t go astray either. I’m so fed up wasting money on products because I haven’t been able to try them.. which I’m sure is the reason so many get opened.

Out of four scripts they could only supply one and could not advise when the remainder would be available. Not good enough.

It was nearby n my first time coming here. But not coming back again. The staffs are like in mourning. Ask a question n not happy to answer ...

I’m disappointed with my local Chemist Warehouse as every second time I shop, there is always some pricing mistake and I get overcharged. They blame it always on someone else not removing the specials stickers but it’s an ongoing issue. It’s not only me that noticed this and often people only realise when they get back home and don’t go back for the few $ refund as can’t be bother. Few days ago the last episode , the guy that serviced me knew the item had a discount price sticker as he actually picked it up for me but when the machine scanned an higher price he just processed the payment and when I realised the mistake and questioned him why didn’t warn me , he said he was hoping I didn’t notice it as they have this sort of issues all the time with price not matching what is displayed. Lazy and dodgy way to do business. The fun part was that I was over charge $1 and took them 20min going back and forward for refund authorisation  to process my refund and this created a massive line of annoyed customers with some of them walking out without buying anything….
