Went down to pick up medication tonight and all doors are locked, waited with multiple other customers and knocked and called the store which was hung up on immediately only to have a girl come out and shake her head at us and leave without a word. Would be nice to mention why you’re closed an hour early, or at least post signage, instead of glaring at people and offering no assistance whatsoever. All you needed to do was give a reason, not be nasty to people, but can’t even manage that.
Just visited ChemistWarehouse Kedron today and walked in at 10:55am to get a prescription filled. Watched many people come and go, except me. Eventually at 11:45am I couldn’t wait no more and asked for my prescription back. Was advised it was just being processed, coincidence.nNow the crunch - was advised that they didn’t have part of my prescription in stock and directed me to other locations. Not impressed that I couldn’t have been advised earlier. No apology, nothing.nWent to checkout front of store to be advised of a higher price which I queried and then redirected back down to back of store to have price corrected. Apparently original staff member did not record details of my health care card which I was accused of not showing, even though I had. Staff suggested my details would be in the store system, even though I have never visited Kedron store.nTo cut it short - over an hour to get half a script filled.nDo not recommend Kedron store, unless you want to waste time.
Disgusting service here. Waited 50 minutes to be told the medication wasn’t instock. People who came in way after was being served first. Will be changing chemist as this is disgusting. 1 pharmacist on a Saturday is quite stupid and very slow.
Amazing service from all the staff members today. Super helpful girl on the prescription counter helped me find exactly what I was looking for and then the girl on the register was very friendly 10/10 will definitely make sure to come back on a Sunday
Don’t understand why it takes almost 20 minutes to dispense medication that is already prepackaged??? If you want to waste your time - come here. They won’t fail to make you wait.
