I went to chemist warehouse kedron tonight where the pharmacist told me that I was unable to get my medication due to legislation changes in December, when I had been getting my medication every month up until now; he was very rude and dismissive when I tried explaining to understand what was going on. Went to a different pharmacy after got it prescribed no problems. I was a very loyal lifelong customer, but definitely not coming back here
Staff member behind medicine counter was rather rude than helpful. I saw a lady who was mistakenly reached for a product on the shelf behind the seating area. There were no sign or proper barrier to advise that those are only accessible by staff. The staff approached the lady with attitude and tell her to pick it from the shelf outside instead. It was exactly the same products but rather being helpful to her and she ask question, but the staff member was rude and tell her off.nnI surely will never come back here. I was disappointed. The store needs to consider a better safety measure, any young kids could have reached these medicine easily also.nnI personally wasn't subjected to this behavior, I find it unacceptable and feel strongly that such treatment should not be tolerated.
Shout out to Anthony and another pharmacist for being really kind, taking the time and responsive with my questions/requests. A lot of the times bad customer service is a reflection of the customers themselves. Never had a problem with this pharmacy since I’ve been here. Prompt and respectful staff members. Thank you team
Absolutely useless- can’t even write down basic info like an expiration date to scripts. Two ongoing medication scripts to manage and every month it’s some issue or other that I have to back to the specialist for.
I went down there tonight to get some things for my partner and they all laughed at me when I said it when I wasn’t around and then they gave me the wrong thing. This is not suitable for a workplace especially being a chemist. I will not be The attending this place again the staff were absolutely disgraceful. They shouldn’t be allow to. Treat customers like that
