Always long waiting times and recently the assistant refused to print my Son's eScript despite me explaining that he has special needs and we require the printed script as backup. Nope still refused. It's been a long time since I came across such ignorant customer service.
Last Sunday I visited 3 chemists before this one. None of the others had heard of the product I wanted. Lovely assistant, Kassi, hope that's correct, not only knew the product but led me to where it was on the shelf. Great service. Thank you.
The female pharmacist that served me at this pharmacy was brilliant. She patiently and privately explained to me how to use the particular medication.nnThe only annoying thing about this place is that it tends to be very busy and it can take some time to get prescribed medication dispensed.
Worst chemist in town. 1st they gave my 3 year old daughter triple the antibiotics dose she should of had. Then they stuffed up a script that is onthe pbs list and tried to blame the doctor. When I asked for the script back, they said they threw it out. DO NOT LEAVE SCRIPTS with them
I went to chemist warehouse kedron tonight where the pharmacist told me that I was unable to get my medication due to legislation changes in December, when I had been getting my medication every month up until now; he was very rude and dismissive when I tried explaining to understand what was going on. Went to a different pharmacy after got it prescribed no problems. I was a very loyal lifelong customer, but definitely not coming back here
