Female pharmacist filled my prescription when i questioned if it was the right product she told me it was and i told her i was wanting the strongest % as per script she told me there were no difference in the % of medication across different variations of the medicine. Got to my car with my baby and a quick google showed me that she in-fact did give me the wrong medication and that there were stronger %’s went back in and told her that it was wrong she had to ask another pharmacist who i assume told her it was wrong too and then told me they did not have that in stock and that there were actually different %’s of medication across different products. No apology, Horrible service, i dont understand how it’s hard to read a script and dispense the correct product. Do your job better.
I feel like customers who go to the trouble to leave negative feedback for this store do not comprehend that sometimes you have to wait for prescriptions because Dispensing is not as black and white as these simple folk like to think. I’m genuinely sorry this store must endure such bougie customers who think they’re mega entitled and need a red carpet rolled out for their scripts. In the shop itself, all assistants are helpful, attentive and are always a pleasure. Tonnes of stock and well presented. Keep up the great work legends
It's, clean and well stocked. Staff are lovely. Though very slow with prescriptions
Senha apparently that’s her name, no name badge was exceptionally rude and rolled her eyes and huffed as she walked off not listening to the questions I had. I then asked to speak to someone higher than her. Dee came and was nice about it but Senha was standing there watching. I asked her to please leave 4 times and then she stormed off. Will not be coming here again and will be contacting management on Monday.
Unfortunately a very poor customer expereince, i came into store as i had left a perscription a few days earlier and had not heard anything, was told i would be texted when arrived. I tried asking the pharmist at the desk but he just tapped a sign that said go to other counter without even listening.nWhen i tried to explain that i just wabted to know if it was even ordered and that i was nlt here to pick it up he reluctantly helped me.nnVery poor customer service overall especially from the pharmisist that you would hope would act as a leader in the space.
