if i could give 0 stars i would. i came here about a month ago and still feel so disgusting about the way i was treated. i came to get the plan b pill and was hoping to be treated with care in such a vulnerable moment. however i felt nothing except judgement from those who i interacted with. the lady who served me first was unkind and the LADY pharmacist who gave me the medication practically interrogated me, making me feel guilty, and much more uncomfortable than i already did. she spoke loudly and i felt like every other customer in the store was listening to the conversation, not confidential at all, and i felt like my privacy was disrespected. i personally was trying to be safe and cautious, and she made me feel like i had made the wrong decision. she repeated the same questions multiple times and i felt so anxious and frustrated, i left in tears while my partner payed for my medication. i was and am still so upset with how i was treated, and as someone who works in pharmacy, i know the quality of care that should be provided, and i did not get that. for any other people in a similar situation, i would 100% recommend to NOT come here to get emergency contraception.
Friendly and helpful staff and longer opening hours. Excellent range of products but displays are sometimes needing refilling. Pharmacists always kept busy but are helpful.nAmple parking. Easy to access via freeway. Separate to shopping centre which makes it easier to access.
Absolutely disgusting. Dropped of scripts four hours ago waited in line over ten minutes to pick them up and no one served me. Even after saying excuse me I got ignored again. I ended up having to leave without being served as I have things to do. Not the first time this has happened also had scripts taken in and went in over 6 hours later and they weren’t done. Highly recommend to find another chemist as I will be. Very disappointing customer service
I am a regular customer to this store, I have had the security guard follow me around the store on occasion , as I look around while waiting for a script. First I shouldn’t feel uncomfortable while waiting for a script to be filled. I have tried to reason she is just doing her job as this store is so convenient for me to shop at .nThen yesterday I was looking at the bottom shelf of men’s fragrances, I was trying testers to see which one was the best as they are the cheapest on that row. The security guard pulled a large trolley that was next to me and put it beside her by the door, so she could watch me, I assure you dear security guard with your inflated power tripping ego that I wouldn’t risk being caught shoplifting a $14.99 fragrance or anything for that matter.nI know the excuse is anybody could be a thief, but it’s the whole demeanour of this woman that makes it offensive.
I went to chemist today and bought vitamin E, paid, didn't get receipt. Then I realise I left my husband inside, went back again, called him, he was on the phone. When we walked out, the security came and asked me if I paid for my vitamin, brought me to the counter and checked on me, I showed them my bank transfer, none of them remember me, I just paid 10 min ago. Until the other lady came and checked the barcode for me.nI just don't understand if I would like to take that for free, I would've hide itsmall goods, and none of the cashier remembers me 10 min ago I just paid. And I showed them my bank transaction they still didn't understand.
