Great pharmacy/chemist, staff are always friendly and helpful, the range of products from the prescription medicines to other off the shelf medicines is vast and sure to serve just about everyone’s needs. The variety in brands within each subsection of products is quite impressive too.nnThey have GREAT prices, something for those on a budget as well as some more high-quality, expensive brands for those who want to get something a bit fancier.nnI’ve tried to include as many photos of the aisles as possible, and hopefully they don’t get compressed too much and the resolution is decent enough to see the shelves…nnAbove each aisle, like a supermarket, they have each sub-section labeled to help you find what product type you are after. As you can see from the photos they just about cover every area of the body inside and out.nnNothing really to complain about, sometimes wait times for scripts can be long, but that is usually around holiday periods or weekends or both, when the staff are just overwhelmed by the volume of customers.nnThe other very small issue is the car park, which is very small, allowing for around 5-6 cars at any given time. This is not something that they can fix or do anything about so it’s understandable. The Ivanhoe Plaza car park is nearby and only a 1 minute walk anyway.nnHighly recommend this chemist!
I dropped off scripts and came back 24 hours later to collect and fill just one more script upon collection. There was literally nobody else waiting, not another person in sight so I thought it'd be 10 mins wait at the most... then at least 5 people walked in and got their scripts within 10 minutes, I was still patiently waiting there for 30 mins. Finally I had to ask if my order was ready and indeed it was, the chemists were just too busy chatting and blathering to call my name. This has happened twice now. Won't bother with this place anymore, sick of having my time wasted and listen to staff blather away.
Great service even compared to other Chemist Warehouse stores. I was told I could return an item as per Chemist Warehouse return policy, if unused within 1 week, when purchased from here. Had no issue when I went back to return with receipt and buy something else the next day.nContrary to the Northland store that outright refused the return saying 'Chemist Warehouse does not accept returns'. Who would have thought that they could have different implementation across stores?
Very kind and helpful staff, from body nourishing products to pharmacy, it’s all there. Great parking close by, and affordable prices. Can recommend this chemist, also for booking your vaccinations. Thank you:
Staff was super patient and reasonable when responding unreasonable customer. Overheard a customer complaint about not knowing the product contains bovine related ingredients. I mean, that's essentially your own fault coz you didn't read. Who to blame? Poor CW staff. You guys deserve a 5 star review :D
