Staff was super patient and reasonable when responding unreasonable customer. Overheard a customer complaint about not knowing the product contains bovine related ingredients. I mean, that's essentially your own fault coz you didn't read. Who to blame? Poor CW staff. You guys deserve a 5 star review :D
Poor customer service, I won’t go there anymore.nI visited your store seeking to utilize the price matching policy that your company advertises. I presented the details of a product from a competitor's store that met all the criteria outlined in your price matching policy. However, the response I received from your staff was not only dismissive but also contradictory to the stated policy.nnThe representative I spoke with seemed uninformed about the company's own price matching policy and was unable to provide a clear explanation for refusing to honor the price match. Despite presenting all the necessary documentation and meeting the outlined criteria, I was met with an unhelpful and unsympathetic attitude, which is unacceptable considering the emphasis your company places on customer satisfaction.
You can’t say a medication is in stock over the phone and then lie and say it is out of stock 1 hour later. Extremely irresponsible pharmacist, disgusting. Unethical to lie to customers, especially a pharmacist.
I initially left a 1 star review about 6yrs ago, my experience has change for the better. So be fair, I’m also going to change my review.nStaff are helpful and wait times for prescription medication to be dispensed are timely - not too long of a wait even in peak hour periods.
