Would give Zero stars if possible. For zero customer service.nWaited 30 mins for two shelf products. All the while staff walked around, took pictures? And chatted. Pharmacist was so rude when i questioned the wait time which i wasn’t made aware of at beginning i received my items which had been sitting ready. They were then bagged and thrown threw the hatch at me. I was ignored when i said thank you. Absolutely appalling behaviour from a medical professional, I work in healthcare and believe you do so to be a service to others, obviously not the mantra at chemist warehouse. Do better. Will not return. Will shop elsewhere for non pharmacy items also.
I had a really memorable experience at Chemist Warehouse Innaloo, thanks to one outstanding staff member.nnI drove all the way from North Perth to this store specifically to purchase a perfume, as it showed online that it was in stock. When I arrived, I initially spoke with a staff member who told me the item wasn’t available. After I mentioned that I had checked online, she clarified that it might still be in storage but hadn’t been sorted yet. I also asked if I could speak with a manager, but was informed none were available at the time.nnAt that point, another staff member, Kanishak, stepped in. Without hesitation, he offered to check the storeroom himself. He spent nearly 20 minutes going through boxes to find the exact perfume I was looking for. His willingness to help and genuine effort really stood out. In fact, seeing how committed he was, I decided to purchase two bottles—and he kindly went back again to get a second one for me.nnI completely understand that the first staff member was likely just following procedures, so this is not a complaint. However, Kanishak truly went above and beyond. His attitude and dedication are a perfect example of what excellent customer service should look like.nnThank you, Kanishak—I really appreciate your help and wish you all the very best. Keep up the great work!
If you like waiting, this is the place for you. I don’t know how a team of what should be fully functioning Pharmacists can be so slow in doing their job.nnGetting a script dispensed here feels like an eternity. For some reason, this isn’t the first time I have put myself through this. This will be the last time though. I want to grow grey hairs on my own time, not theirs.nnNot one person born in Australia appeared to work in either Innaloo store.
I was disappointed with my experience at this pharmacy. I attended seeking treatment for thrush during pregnancy and was told that I needed a doctor’s prescription, so I was sent away without any medication.nnI then visited another pharmacy, where the pharmacist assessed my situation and supplied the same medication, advising that it was suitable to use during pregnancy and recommending that I avoid using the applicator.nnI understand that pharmacists must exercise professional judgment, but the conflicting advice was frustrating and resulted in unnecessary inconvenience. In addition, I found the interaction to be rude and unhelpful. I would appreciate more consistent advice and better customer service in the future. I don’t recommend this pharmacy.
DISAPPOINTING AND RUDE IN-STORE EXPERIENCEnnI had a very unpleasant experience at this store during what should have been a simple purchase. While shopping, my daughter briefly checked lip oils clearly labelled “TESTER – NOT FOR SALE”. We were using the product exactly as intended. She wanted to purchase one but couldn’t decide which flavor to choose, so we opened the cap of see the color and so on. Didn't take it our nor applied.nnA male staff member on the shop floor, who was standing near the entrance when we arrived, approached us in a RUDE and LOUD manner, accusing us of damaging products. He went on to say that the items were expensive, which was both unnecessary and inaccurate. The lip oils were priced at around $14 each from memory, and certainly not as expensive as he claimed.nnI explained to him that the products were clearly marked as TESTER and that we were simply trying them as allowed. I also stated that I was more than happy to purchase the item if testers were not meant to be used.nnHis tone and manner were humiliating and completely uncalled for, especially toward a customer and a child. My daughter felt that we singled out for a reason which I feel is inappropriate for this forum. She had the impression that this treatment occurred simply because she tried a product.nnI told him that we did not deserve to be treated in such a manner. However, he continued as though we were at fault, and the situation became increasingly embarrassing, didn't want any more attention leading to us, thus I explained that he could have talked to us calmly. I believe we could not have been the only customer testing products in the store.nnHe could have been a bit professional. If we had been informed that the testers were not meant to be opened or tried, we would have acknowledged this, complied, and moved on. Instead, this experience left my family feeling uncomfortable and embarrassed, and it has seriously affected my impression of this store.nnI suggest that the store remove the “TESTER – NOT FOR SALE” tags if customers are not meant to try the products. If I had the option to rate today’s experience as a zero star, I WOULD HONESTLY HAVE DONE SO.
