I usually use the online "click & collect" feature because I often find the stores so full of products and people it's almost sensory overload for me. So today I collected my purchases and I realised that I had ordered the wrong product. I asked the cashier how to exchange the items, she had no clue and neither did 2 other people that she asked. I would have thought that one of them would know considering the large volume of "click & collect" parcels there are. I can't be the only one that wanted to exchange something. Anyway, apparently you can only exchange online. Hope it will be a straight forward process.
Shocking just shocking. Mixed up my prescriptions, they never gave me my repeats. I went to the pharmacist himself and told him, he said I had them, I didn't. Turns out the lady by mistake put them into another bag again by a mistake. I can accept mistakes, what I will not accept his rudeness, and this pharmacist was and is rude. I will never step foot in here ever again. It was not the ladies' fault, for we all make mistakes, but the Pharmacist was so ill mannered, trust me he was, just shocking.
Chemist Warehouse needs to create better conditions for its employees. Staff and pharmacists are too often overworked and face unreasonable demands. Sure I'm all for great prices CW but I don't feel good about shopping with you when I feel sorry for the poor treatment staff get. Do better!
I go to this Chemist warehouse only because they have the products I need that are difficult to buy elsewhere. I do not enjoy the experience of going into the store at all. I feel with the security standing at the door it is very intimidating. I realise why they are there ~ but I feel very uncomfortable going in .At times the security have seem me pay but still check my receipt. It has gotten to be a huge enterprise and it has no personality or value to its customers. It doesn’t need to as they know people will keep going.
Went last Friday. Dropped off script several hours earlier. Went back and only one person on back counter and waited 15min to be able to ask for scripts. Then young girl at front informed me very rudely that she doesn't have to put my purchases in a bag if she doesn't want to and rudely stalked off!bag if she does
Chemist was extremely rude, snobby and unhelpful. As if I'm going to send my man flue partner off to the chemist to fetch his own cold and flue tablets when his had about 6 showers just to get through the night. Didnt even give me other options to try.
Very poor customer services. On the 9th of Jan, I went to pick 2 types of tablets as a prescribed medicine, they told me to wait for 15 minutes, I waited nearly 40 minutes, and when I asked they said to wait longer otherwise you can get it from somewhere else, very rude, so I got the prescription back and went to Star Chemist they gave it to me in 5 minutes with a friendly behaviour.
Worst experience i had today. First guy told me that they can exchange formula and then the other lady came yes if you have the receipt we will exchange. And then the manager came and said we cannot exchange at all. Worst customer service. Dont waste your time guys by going here.
While they have a great range of products, over the past few months, service has taken longer and longer. It appears that the dispensary is understaffed regardless of time of day and I have had to wait 30+mins on multiple occasions. I will be going elsewhere.
Encountered a very rude , lazy and unhelpful pharmacist Edmond!! Went in to order glucose strips under the NDSS programme and he said that the glucose strips are not covered by the NDSS programme rudely. The product is clearly on the NDSS list if he “actually” checked it. Mate, if you’re lazy then just quit. Don’t trouble your customers.
