I generally drop off my scripts and return a few hours later as i know they pharmacists are very busy the last few times i ive returned there is a min 15-30mins wait at the pick up counter waiting for someone to come and assist while all the people at the drop off counter get served turn up after. Today i mentioned to the staff at the checkout that additional assistance was require at the dispensary but was informed they didn't have anyone even tho there was a worker assisting that had a difficult customer but her reaction was to roll her eyes and just walk away.
Good prices. Slow service. Emphasis on slow. I’ve never experienced anything like it before. You’ll get what you need, but unless you get lucky, be prepared to wait between 30 to 60 minutes for it.
Prescription wait times in my experience are too long to the point where Chemist Warehouse’s value proposition “discount chemist, never beaten on price” is a diminishing one.
Pharmacy and selection are fine, it's a chemist. But they have TV's on each aisle that each play a single advert at a volume that you can't block out. I'm fairly certain that single pattern repetitive audio is a torture technique, and damn does it feel like that waiting for a prescription.
They're alright, good supply, bad parking and you'll die of old age waiting for a script to be filled. It used to be fast but whoever is in command these days has very poor management skill.
Pharmacist denied dispensing my script. If i stop taking my medication abruptly it can cause serious health issues. Told me to goto another chemist as they will not be dispesing my script. Will be taking this further... avoid this place
The whole place needs a do up. I found all items in store so expensive despite having SALE/ DISCOUNT written everywhere. It took about 30mins for my medication to be dispensed. Not a very enjoyable experience
Pharmacist handed my spouse the INCORRECT Elevit Pregnancy formula and when he returned saying he was given the incorrect item $70 worth!! and asked for a swap to the Elevit for Breastfeeding he was refused because he walked out of the pharmacy with the wrong item. I am appalled. This should be reported beyond a review for this pharmacist incompetence & rudeness. Merry Christmas and Cheers for nothing
Always find what I want and usually walk out with at least 2 other products that I wasn’t looking for! Plus, I usually get a nice surprise at the counter as price is lower!!
Friendly and helpful staff but can at times be hard to find them. Great prices but always check the Web, as ticketed prices can be more, although they give you the cheapest.
