Great range of items for all ages. Pharmacists are so quick and diligent, prices are so cheap as well! From the outside it looks like a tiny pharmacy but it is huge long and every isle is full. Staff are very helpful plus very quick service. Central to everything in the main part of Perth.
Queuing to pick up a cream that i bought online, click & collects.. And I'm standing at the que with the click & collects sign. When reached my turn to pick up my item, they told me off saying this counter is for refund only, not for click & collects.. Well , what is that sign on the floor for then? They should take the sign off..
I am writing this review to share my deeply unpleasant experience at this store. I arrived there 10 minutes before closing time and was allowed in by the security guard. However, when I approached the pharmacist in charge of filling prescriptions, an Asian man, he looked at me ignorantly and did not smile. I requested my prescription medication, and he replied with a long face, saying "No," and walked away without asking if my condition was urgent or apologizing for any inconvenience. I also find it appalling that the store kept its doors open if they were not willing to serve customers, making it seem like they were open for business. This lack of consideration for customers' time and needs is unacceptable. This kind of treatment is unacceptable for a healthcare professional, and it raises serious concerns about the competency of the pharmacist in question. As a licensed pharmacist, he should have shown proper care and attention to my needs as a customer and patient, but instead, he was dismissive and unprofessional. I am disappointed with the Chemist Warehouse management for employing someone with such poor customer service skills. It leaves me concerned about the quality of care that patients receive at this store. I hope this review helps others to make an informed decision when choosing where to obtain their medication.
not really the best location but always handy to have one in the city, and the interior is pretty tight and narrow between aisles - in comparison to other branches. but nonetheless, its still pretty well stocked, and staff here are friendly enough whenever you need help.
Go to place whenever i visit to perth. They have pretty many stuff
The actual store is cheap. But they play 3 adverts on 4 TVs + audio on radio. All of them playing different content. It's completely stimulus overload and drives me crazy. I stopped going here basically because of this alone. Please can they think of diverse customers and just play one at most two different sounds. Why do they need to play 4 adverts concurrently? They are just a complete waste because we can't hear ANY of them individually.
Very friendly and helpful staff, convenient location
The manager and staff went over and above my expectations today. A special mention goes to Irene who helped me with a phone order and expedited it's delivery to my son-in-law who is in a covid hotel in Perth. I am so relieved and grateful.
Brilliant when you have to pick up bulk meds. I work out in the remote and pick up my scripts to last me at least 3 months sometimes longer everytime I'm off rotation and into the big smoke for a week or 2, and the savings are significant between them and other pharmacys.
Female pharmacist is a racist iam corp office work went in on my lunch break asked for a larger packed than on the shelf she went out the back showed me the larger packet of nurophen then refused to sell me. You need to learn respect you customers, hope you close down. Wish there was zero stars
