We had a wonderful experience at Chemist Warehouse Bentleigh. Connor especially was really helpful and supportive - he's an asset to the company. As a group shopping for a large amount of products, he was super attentive and knowledgeable about product location.
Great customer service from their pharmacist. The service I received was very caring. It will be my go to place from now on.
Mary in the prescriptions section. Ebony and the other assistant with her in the aisles were just amazing, caring and genuine. Topped it off with the gentelman at the door taking temps for coming in and leaving you with a smile and a nod at the end couldnt have been better. Thanks everyone :
Good selection of product here but script service is terrible. No one to take the script, standing at the counter for 5 minutes before any of the 3 behind even acknowledge you. Not busy at all then it still takes them 20 minutes to fill a script.
Way too tight in the isles and service is average at best, don’t expect much
What a useless pharmacy, they lost my script and claimed that on “video surveillance” they handed me my script when they never did. Then they said it was lost... pretty much called me a liar and tried to get me to go elsewhere because they were too proud to admit they made a mistake
Had to drop a script in & was told it would be a 5-10 minute wait, which is completely fine. Except it's been almost 35 minutes & I'm still standing here waiting for the script. I guess it just gives me more time to write this review
