Quite unprofessional service regarding a recent order I placed.nnI called them a few days ago asking if they had a product, which they said no, but that they could order in. I was given a price by the pharmacist $24 and said that would need to pay over the phone. I then spoke with another pharmacist which told me a different price $22 for the same product and said I would pay on pick up.nnI confirmed all details and 10 minutes after hanging up, I got a call from the same person saying the price was actually $26 and I had to pay in person as soon as possible.nWe went promptly as requested to the chemist counter and paid and was told to go there for pick up.nnI got a call the next day for pick up so, I went to the chemist counter as I had been told and surprisingly they told me they had no record of it, they didn't know which product it was and not sure how they could help me. I went to the pharmacist area as indicated by them and was told again they didn't have the item ?!. I explained the whole situation again and they went to check with another staff and finally was given the product.nnI went to the counter to confirm I had paid not to just randomly walk out with the product without confirmation that everything was in order and the person at the counter was confused why I didn't have to pay again?! and went to call another staff, then apologised for all this situation, miscommunication and poor service from their end.nnStill confused how the price changed 3 times in a matter of 10 minutes and also shocking the poor communication between staff and the whole ordering process, which made me feel quite humiliated.
The chemist is greedy, would not split a box of medication because he wouldn't make enough money for it. Forced my Dr to change it to 30 day and have me take the bottle to my Dr in two weeks for the other 15 tablets to be thrown away. He'd rather medication be thrown out than have to sell a box that was halved.nnBentleigh, oakleigh and clayton chemist warehouses have done 15 packs ..
The place is fine, staff member at the door didnt let me leave after my wallet triggered the security Not sure why, then proceeded to take my wallet and my keys from me without my consent. Went there to pick up my medication for my anxiety and just wanted to get home and be left alone. Would expect better security who are respectful of others and their belongings.
