Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Pharmacist Sue’s Conduct and Denial of MedicationnnTo Whom It May Concern,nnI am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding the unacceptable behaviour and service I received from your pharmacist, Sue, during my visit today. The incident involved the handling of medication for my 87-year-old father, and the way it was managed was both unprofessional and distressing.nnOut of the five electronic scripts presented, two did not open. I clearly informed Sue that she could open them using the access code. Instead of assisting, she insisted the scripts couldn’t be opened and provided misleading information by stating that no manager was in the store. This was untrue, as I had already spoken with Tracey, the manager, at 2:37 PM.nnThroughout the interaction, Sue was rude and dismissive. At no point did I raise my voice or behave inappropriately. I request that this be investigated through your CCTV, as it will show that I conducted myself calmly and respectfully.nnAfter I questioned her behaviour, Sue deleted my scripts from the system and ordered me to leave the store, effectively denying essential medication for my elderly father. This is not only unethical but could have placed his health at risk.nnSue also claimed she could not scan the code because there was a “big queue,” yet there was no queue at all. When I attempted to note her name from her badge, she covered her badge with her hands, preventing identification. I never took her photo, yet the store falsely accused me of doing so. The only evidence is the photo showing her name badge being covered by her own hand.nnI am extremely disappointed and concerned by this behaviour. This level of conduct is completely unacceptable for a registered pharmacist, especially when dealing with vulnerable patients and urgent medication needs.nnI request a full investigation into this matter, including review of CCTV footage and verification of the deleted scripts. I expect to be contacted with the outcome of this investigation and the steps that will be taken to ensure this does not happen to any other customer.nnI am also submitting this complaint to head office and sharing my experience so others are aware of the service provided by Sue.nnThank you for your attention.nnKind regards,nAtif Bhatti
If I could give Zero I would!! This goes to all the Staff that Park your Cars in Dundas Street Don’t! This is where the Staff think they have more rights than residence living in their own street. There is plenty of parking on the side where the gym is where your work is! Today I got Abused by a woman out the front of my own home. I will be contacting the Council and having Permit Zones Imposed! You are lucky I’m a Cool person, how dare you come in my face.
I have been on the phone for multiple hours and was promised by tegan kenworchy from customer service online that this will be resolved the way i wanted it, but it seems like no actions was taken.nnI spoke to tegan kenworchy about two weeks ago about an order i made, which items were all in stock when i ordered online during black friday, where i got a significant cashback with my order. What happened after feels like a scam.nnTurns out one of my items was claimed to be not in stock and they require me to either refund the item or cancel the order. Both ways i will not get my cashback as shopback/topcashback does not honour any cashbacks if the total of the order is changed.nnwhen i spoke to the click and collect store, they said they are unable to do anything due to system limitations, even though i told them i was happy to wait for it to get back in stock. The item is still showing as in stock for the lane cove store right now - however they refuse to fulfil my order due to i guess, system limitations - This is according to Nuri from Lane Cove.nnThe worst part about this is when i spoke to Tegan from customer service, she said she will fix this for me and i can collect the rest of the items shortly but upon calling for an update with the store 2 weeks later, it is still waiting for 21 days to cancel it automatically.nnIt seems tegan was trying to just mark the customer service call as resolved and took me for a ride, when i was here waiting for the last 2 weeks, trusting her.nnInvoice Number : CWAUQAWTKDD
Ordered the Aptamil AllerPro Syneo 2 Allergy From 6-12 Months, 900g. The order was confirmed at 2:54pm, later on my order was cancelled/refunded at 5:50pm. Tried calling to ask for clarification as there was NO explanation why.nCurrently this formula is out of stock where I am located, so the only way I can get my hands on it is out of state ACT. Previous experience was fine but it was shipped from a different location - they are currently out of stock and this formula is the only product my baby, that has CMP allergy, can consume.nIt’s an important purchase as it is used to feed her especially when I am away for work. So with very little formula left, and needing formula from out of state which takes 5 days to a week to actually arrive at my door, this “mistake” may I put it, has left me stuck and disappointed
Boxing day 10am. CHEMIST WHAREHOUSE ROCKHAMPTON, the most unhelpful staff I have ever had to deal with. I have never had so much trouble trying to place an order for over-the-counter medication.
