Probably the most helpful and knowledgeable pharmacist I have ever dealt with. More than happy to spend time taking me through options to counteract the side effects of a course of skin cancer prevention cream I was using. Even better, the script was way cheaper to fill there, than the same repeat script I filled at another Pharmacy chain.
As with other people my wife and I found the front checkout staff extremely rude and unhelpful. To the point my wife almost had a panic attack which is rare. Even the senior staff who was called over was rude and dismissive in her attitude. All we wanted to do was keep our original receipt and they said they needed it we returned one item. In the end they made us buy the item a second time and it looks like we may have been forced to pay for it twice! We'll be lodging a formal complaint if that's the case and going further. Newcastle City Chemist Warehouse far more helpful and friendly.
I love this shop i was able to get my cr7 fragrance and body spray and shower gel, i had a great time, open till 9 its very good.
Pharmacy staff are incompetent and I can't believe they are still employed. Cant find e scripts and will tell you there is no prescription for you when there is and they just can't find it on their computer. Always turns getting my script refilled into a difficult and confusing experience.
