First and last time to be in this chemist I went to get vitamin D for my son that I checked online half price for $15 so I went to get 2 of them but they just a liars and put different prices to let the people buy from them what a disgusting way to lie on customers. The normal price is $17 AND THEY SAID it's half price for $15 . Shame on you. And also the security guard when I'm leaving he stopped me to see the receipt that I didn't take so he walk me to ask the lady that I really pay . So disrespectful
Avoid this store. They treat everyone like a criminal who is going to steal their products. Go to any other warehouse for a better customer experience and don't waste your money here.
I have visited here several times but this is the WORST branch ever been!!!!!! I was strongly advised and pushed to use their basket instead of my own carry bag while shopping for ‘SECURITY REASONS’, which I never heard or seen in other CW branches or even in their terms & conditions online. This is extremely weird and cause the most awful experience!!!!!!!!! The security guard also stared at me after I checked out everything, making you feel you were treated as the potential theft for them. This is really disappointing.
Worst experience at a store. They treat you here like criminals. Would recommend no one to go here ever again. If I could give 0 stars I would.
I visited the Chemist Warehouse today to exchange one of my magnesium tablets, as I had mistakenly taken two when I only needed one. Since I live quite far from the area, I went after a few days to get it exchanged.nnHowever, the staff at Chemist Warehouse were extremely rude and refused to exchange the tablet. I requested them, explaining that I live far away and cannot visit frequently, but they didn’t listen to me. I just wanted to exchange the tablet, but they didn’t allow it, and I had to pay extra to get the tablet I needed.nnThe magnesium tablet I mistakenly bought was wasted because of their poor attitude and unhelpful staff. I had to pay again for the right one. This is a complaint about their terrible customer service. Please work on improving your staff and exchange policies. Thank you .
